Professional male in my mid to late 30's. I have my own business specialising within the mechanical engineering sector. The location is perfect, if you want the beach, it's a short 10minute drive. If you want moorland in an area of outstanding natural beauty, it's a short 5-minute drive. If you want shops, it's a short 5-minute drive, yet the property is rural.
