Erster Eindruck war soweit angemessen für die beanschlagten Übernachtungskosten. Jedoch zeigte sich im weiteren Ameisenplage und viele Spinnen mit alten hängenden Spinnweben in sämtlichen Ecken und Decken inklusive Lampen und Gardinenstangen. Ansprechpartner vor Ort ist vorhanden der sich bemüht hat die Mängel zu beheben. Ausstattung wies deutliche Benutzungsspuren auf. Reinigung der Wohnung erfolgt eher oberflächlich z.b. Mikrowelle, Ofen von Aussen, Hinter den Türen in den Ecken nicht gereinigt.

Die Beschreibung der Unterkunft ist leider nicht eindeutig. Wir hatten ein Ferienhaus erwartet aber es war nur eine winzige Wohnung in dem Haus. Betten mehr als durchgelegen. Keine Markise oder sonstiger Sonnenschutz auf der Terrasse. Man konnte so den Außenbereich nur am Morgen bis 10 Uhr nutzen wenn es sehr sonnig war. Wasserqualität im Badezimmer sehr fragwürdig

Die Ferienwohnung liegt super ruhig und ganz nah am See. Von der sonnigen Terrasse hat man sogar ein wenig Blick auf den See. Die Ausstattung ist in Ordnung, wenn auch Stühle und Sessel teils ein wenig wackelig waren. In Punkto Sauberkeit hätte es auch ein wenig besser sein können. Aber sonst haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Umgebung ist einfach wunderschön.

L'emplacement est tout simplement parfait : à quelques pas du lac de Lipno, La terrasse était un endroit fantastique pour se détendre après une journée d'exploration, La cuisine avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour préparer des repas, et le salon confortable était un excellent espace de rassemblement en famille, Je recommande vivement à quiconque recherchant confort et commodité !

Einfach schön

Super Preis! Vielen Dank dafür. Die Wohnung war genau, wie beschrieben. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Nur ein paar Meter waren es zum See. Wir können die Wohnung und den Urlaubsort auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Cette maison de vacances a dépassé nos attentes, Les vues sur le jardin étaient magnifiques, et nous avons adoré prendre notre café sur la terrasse le matin, Les attractions à proximité, notamment le barrage de Lipno, ont beaucoup plu aux enfants, L'endroit est bien meublé et offre un parfait mélange de confort et de style, Nous avons hâte de revenir !

La cucina era perfetta per preparare alcuni pasti, e abbiamo apprezzato le nostre cene sulla terrazza, L'unica cosa che direi è che il WiFi era un po' instabile a volte, ma onestamente, chi ne ha bisogno quando puoi semplicemente goderti la natura? Una breve passeggiata fino al lago Lipno è stata fantastica per le nostre passeggiate mattutine, Sicuramente lo consiglio a chi cerca un posto tranquillo con facile accesso all'aria aperta!
