Cottage with a view of Lipno lake

The detached cabin, built in 1986 and renovated in 2018, is furnished in the typical local style. The property is located in a holiday resort. The domicile is also popular due to the view from the property of the lake and the quiet and sunny location in the forest and by the water. Available for use: children's playground, swing, barbecue area, garden furniture, and campfire site. Wi-Fi only in the on-site restaurant.

Your cottage consists of 2 floors, 2 rooms (from which 1 bedroom), is 50 sqm and can accommodate up to 5 persons. On colder days your cottage can be heated with stove in all rooms (wood/coal). The entrance leads over 2 steps directly in the hallway. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room with fireplace, lounge and dinette. The dinette offers space for 5 persons. You have access to the 6 sqm terrace with garden furniture. Cooking nook with electric cooker (2 plates), refrigerator and electric water boiler. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
1st floor: Bedroom with 5 single beds and 1 baby bed.
In addition, your cottage is equipped with baby bed.


Location
Horní Planá. The cottage is located in a holiday complex, on a open forest plot with meadow and trees. If you bring a dog, it must have its own bed and not go into the upper part of the object in the bedroom, please note this. Cottage settlement in the picturesque corner of the recreational area Jenišov near the dam Lipno.

Fully equipped two-story five-bedded cottages are under complete reconstruction (2018). Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking is available on the street in front of the house.

In summer: Vltava 200 m in Horní Planá (beach 200 m in Horní Planá with meadow and sand). Horní Planá: tennis 100 m, fishing 200 m and boat rental 400 m. Nearby: treetop walkway, hiking, cycling, Schwarzenberg shipping canal, town of Český Krumlov, go-karting.
