Open and spacious one story cottage nestled in 1/2 acre of trees and multilevel decking.

Fully furnished two bedroom, one bath with oversized shower. Sleeper sofa too!! Hard surfaced floors, high ceilings in family room. Open and bright.

Kitchen is complete with full size smooth top stove and oven, refrigerator and bottom freezer. Microwave, coffee pot, blender and so much more.

Dishes, silverware, cook wear; all linens provided. Even a stacked washer/dryer unit.

Two grills, both charcoal for your bar-b-que pleasure. Outdoor furniture to accomodate your group.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Great little place

This was a great little place for my fiance and I stay while we fished. It had all the amenities we needed and we had a great time. If staying here, check out Napoli's up the road for good food.

The cabin was perfect, exactly what we were looking for.

We had the best time, it was quiet and there were plenty of things to see and do. The marina is very close and it’s a bar and grill so that was nice. We can’t wait to go back, the boat rentals were very reasonable.

Pleasant Cottage

The property is near a large lake and has ample opportunities for fun on the water and good food. The local folks are friendly and willing to provide information. The Cottage is "very nice", comfortable, clean, well managed, within a dozen miles to cities, camping, boating, restaurants, etc. Would recommend to everyone.

Awesome place to stay

Was here for a fishing tournament and was here for a few days and this place was amazing, safe secure had no issues, dead end street, neighbors dogs did bark but it was a good security system over all one of the most relaxing places we have stayed, the pictures dont do it justice.

Holly, was great and very informative! Nicely remodeled two bedroom with great amenities! The large wrap around decks was nice sit outside and relax in the shade and contain our little dog. Very close to lake and Highport Marina, will definitely stay here again!

Great Retreat

The cabin was very nice! It was well kept and comfortable with most of the comforts of home. Checking in and out was simple and the Owner responded quickly if I texted her. Hope to go back and highly recommend if you're looking for a peaceful retreat near Lake Texoma!
