This cabin is your home away from home, for travelers seeking comfort, style, and convenience! *The cabin is under a canopy of oak trees with lots of privacy!

*The kitchen is fully equipped except for a dishwasher! Has a full size stove/oven, refrigerator microwave, drip coffee maker, toaster, mixer and blender even a crock pot. There is a place setting for 6 along with all the mixing bowls, utensils, baking dishes and of course wine glasses and coffee cups.

*There is a sun deck perfect for your morning coffee and a fire-pit for fun memorable conversations before bedtime!

*When it’s time to recharge you’ll discover the utmost comfort in our sleeping quarters, featuring a luxurious queen-size bed on the lower and a full-size loft over it.
All have plush linens for a restful night’s sleep.

*Comfortable futon bed in the open room.

*Our pristine bathroom offers a stand-up shower with grab bar and a handicap toilet with a grab bar. The shower will invigorate you for the day ahead whether it is a day of fishing, a day at the lake or out having fun on a boat!

*Then when you arrive back from your adventure and want to get cleaned up there is a full size- washer and dryer.

*There are many board games, puzzle's , art, books, ect for your down time as well as a pool table and foosball game table if you up for some competition with other guests.

*We have 2 grills one is propane and the other is charcoal for you to have a fish fry with all those fish you catch! These are shared by the house next-door that we rent out as well.

*We have free reliable WIFI

*The parking is in the driveway in front of the barn and it is also free.

*We also have corn hole in the case by the side door for outdoor play.

*We do accept up to 2 dogs for a $100 pet fee per stay. Dogs must be on a leash when outside and if left behind they must be in a kennel. There is plenty of parking for vehicles and boat trailers in front of the Barn. Please don't park in front of the house as that is for the guests staying there to park.

*You’ll also have access to the fire pit in the back yard which has just been updated. (You will need to bring your own firewood).

*Looking for a marina there is Preston Bend Park, Lighthouse Marina is very close about 1/2 a mile and Little Mineral Marina just a mile or so away. There are many guided tours in the area for fishing as well as dinner cruises nearby. Just a short drive to numerous liquor stores, grocery stores and restaurants.

Island View Park: Is less than a 1/4 mile away!
Island View Park is one of the most popular day use parks at Lake Texoma. Visitors can buy day passes, make reservations, rent kayaks, and reserve shelters online. It is open from 9 a.m. to sunset, which is different in every season. Visitors can take guided kayak tours or a beach picnic boat trip from Island View. They can host corporate events, family reunions, weddings, and more with Island View’s event planners at its event spaces. There is a pool at Tanglewood resorts down the road on 289. Tanglewood also has a golf course for those golfers.
