Luxury Upper Deer Valley - Great For Families! Walk To DV Slopes!

Luxurious Black Bear Condo is just a short two-minute walk to The Silver Lake Lodge in Upper Deer Valley. The condo sleeps 6, has 3 full bathrooms, and is professionally decorated. Features a master bedroom with king size bed and a second bedroom with queen bed and bunk bed. Open area kitchen/family room is a great place to relax after a long day on the slopes!

The condo underwent some upgrades in the spring of 2020. There is newer carpeting throughout, fresh paint, new washer/dryer, ceiling fans, plumbing fixtures among other items. ALL 3 BATHROOMS AND KITCHEN COMPLETELY REMODELED SINCE SPRING 2023.

Ground floor provides easy access in and out without need for elevator. Access from garage requires one flight of stairs or quick elevator ride. 1 dedicated parking spot included with 7'6" clearance.

Black Bear Lodge is considered one of the nicest “luxury properties” in Deer Valley's finest region, Silver Lake Village. This condo is only a two minute walk (250 paces to be exact!) to Deer Valley's Silver Lake Lodge, ski lifts, ticket office, ski school, restaurants, and shops. The lodge has a year-round outdoor swimming pool, BBQ grill, community hot tub (in addition to the condo’s private hot tub) and exercise room. The lodge also provides underground heated parking and is located on the Park City bus route.

Fantastic location! A quick walk to Silver Lake Lodge. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after skiing each day. The unit is nicely updated, the beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked. We will be back!

Great access to Deer Valley slopes across the street. Stein Erickson is across the street as well for some solid dining options. The propery was very clean, kitchen well stocked with everything we needed. The garage parking fit our XL vehicle.We definitely want to return.

Fantastic place!

Wonderful place to stay! Great location and great furniture and beds! Easy access to skiing, very clean and the explanations and information were perfect! The televisions should be updated to more modern televisions (or at least have the ability to log in streaming services), and the Wi-Fi did not work well in the bedrooms.Would most certainly stay again!

Hi Boyd....thanks for your review. I am sorry the wifi wasn't up to par. We have never had that issue before but I will look into it. The router may just need a re-boot....as they all do once in a while. As for the TV....our living room is equipped with a Smart TV that is only 2 years old. It has Comcast cable and the ability to watch Netflix, Apple, Amazon and all the other streaming services. Maybe you didn't see those capabilities on the main TV remote??? Perfect mid mountain location

Black Bear lodge is a very convenient location, offering easy access to the slopes and dining options within walking distance. The shuttle service is also extremely convenient. This is the third time we have stayed at Black Bear.

This is a very nice property. Well equipped and very convenient. It does not have air conditioning which usually isn’t a problem but on a couple of very warm days, it felt a little stuffy. The ground floor location offered easy access to the street where restaurants and activities were within easy walking distance. This property gets 5 stars from us!
