Apartment on Tholen by Oosterschelde Estuary

This exclusive ground-floor apartment is located on the Oosterschelde estuary, on the peaceful island of Tholen. At the far end of the pier, you will enjoy a relaxing holiday on a dynamic underwater world with impressive flora and fauna. Great for families and couples.

The region offers beautiful diving locations and a compressed air station a short distance away. In summer, take the foot ferry to Yerseke and enjoy a delicious meal at Brasserie de Zeester, or take a nice walk/scooter trip through the region.

From the entrance with parking, you reach the first floor of the apartment complex by lift or stairs. The bright living room with spacious corner sofa and TV with Chromecast is characteristically decorated, as evidenced by, among other things, the wallpaper of the Oosterscheldekering, the Zeeland Bridge and monument 'De Verdronken Dorpen in Colijnsplaat'. There is a well-equipped open kitchen with a cooking island and a round dining table with comfortable chairs. From the living room, you enter the spacious terrace with lounge set and panoramic views over the Oosterschelde estuary. The large parking area has room for a boat with trailer and a charging station for electric cars. Bicycles can be stored in the locked storage room.

Es gab relativ viele Spinnenweben im Wohnzimmer, Balkon und Flur. Für die Kaffeemaschine hätte ich mir ein paar Kaffeepads als Willkommensgruß gewünscht. Positiv ist aufgefallen das wir unseren Hund ohne Probleme und für minimalen Aufpreis mitnehmen durften. Auch das der Hund ein kleines Willkommensgeschenk erhalten hat, hat uns sehr gefreut. Sonst war für alles gesorgt was wir für eine Woche Urlaub brauchen. Leider sind Geschäfte für Lebensmittel o.ä. relativ weit weg und ein Sandstrand hat auch eine relativ große Entfernung. Weshalb man auf Auto oder Fahrrad angewiesen ist. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir in dem Extra für die Wohnung bereitgestellt Abstellraum im Aussenbereich sicher und abgeschlossen abstellen. Auch für den Fahrradträger war noch Platz in dem kleinen Raum. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Ich war wegen des Internets skeptisch doch Videoanrufe und Streaming funktionierten problemlos. Die Kochinsel machte das Kochen einfach dabei gleichzeitig im Wohnzimmer bleiben zu können. Das Laden unseres E-Autos direkt am Parkplatz empfanden wir als sehr bequem.

Mooie rustige locatie aan de Oosterschelde, appartement is schoon en mooi ingericht. Fiets, voetpaden en dorpjes in de buurt. Brasserie onder het appartement complex waar je goed kan eten.
