Glad you enjoyed your stay with us. This is clearly a retaliation because we did not authorize these guests to have a later check-out because we had other guests checking in the same day. I actually asked if everything was ok during their stay and they said everything was perfect and now the day the bedrooms weren’t cleaned. This is not true and if it was true I am sure they would have complained there were not cleaned. Only now in the review they write about bedrooms not being cleaned. Very disappointing…. Any thanks
