Great property in a great locationDefinitely recommendedMaybe would be useful to have a bit more in the kitchen as starter kit like bin bags, kitchen towels, basic condiments like olive oil, vinegar. But overall a great place to stay.

We recently stayed at this stunning villa for a week (5 adults and a baby). The check in process was very easy with clear instructions from the host. Upon arrival through the main gate we were greeted by the stunning, spacious grounds and beautiful pool area. The inside of the villa was equally lovely. The bedrooms and lounge area were spacious. The black out shutters were a great added bonus. The host also provided a large cot for our daughter which was great. The local area had everything we needed. A short stroll to a little bar along the road & a lovely restaurant too. More bars/and a big Aldi were only around a 20 minute walk away. Ubers were very easy to get too. Overall, we would definitely stay again and would recommend. The only fault I could possibly give (and this is being very picky and some people may be fine with this) is that the beds were slightly too firm for us but like I said, being very very picky.Can’t wait to stay again! Thanks!

We had a fantastic stay at this villa and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday. The pool was outstanding – spotlessly clean, lovely and warm, with plenty of space around it for everyone to relax on the sunbeds. There were lots of outdoor seating areas too, making it easy to enjoy both the sunshine and the shade throughout the day. Inside, the villa was spacious and had everything we needed. The air conditioning worked brilliantly in the bedrooms, although it did struggle a little to keep the lounge area as cool. The only other minor negatives were that the sofas weren't the most comfortable to sit on for long periods, and we found the beds a little on the firm side. The host was excellent with communication from start to finish, and the villa was exactly as shown in the photos, which was great to see. The location was ideal, with supermarkets, pubs, restaurants and the beach all just a few minutes away. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this villa to others.

Wow – what a villa! We had the best time here. The place is gorgeous, super clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The pool was amazing – we spent most days just chilling there in the sun, and the outdoor space was perfect for evenings with a drink.The location is great too – nice and peaceful but only a short drive to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The hosts were lovely and really helpful, which made everything so easy.Nuno was a great host, communication was on point. We had an issue with the pool one day (slightly cloudy), he came round in person to have a look and had someone come round and sort it the same day. Honestly, we didn’t want to leave! Already planning our next trip back.

Fab Villa with everything we needed

My whole family moved in for the week and it was amazing. From the 1 year old to the 54 year old had everything we needed. We cooked full meals and also went out to the old town and marina. A car is needed for shopping and restaurants but the privacy you got made it worth it. We will defiantly use again if we all visit the area. I would also recommend to family and friends. The contact and support from the owner/ agent was amazing from start to finish.

The property was extremely clean and well set out for our arrival with plenty of crockery, cutlery, bedding, bathroom towels and pool towels. We didn’t need for anything. Nuno, the host, was easily reachable by text and phone and did, in fact, speedily deal with a small key safe problem on our arrival. Nuno’s English is excellent. The property is very spacious and extremely comfortable with plenty of seating and beds. Three bedrooms and three toilets, two with showers. All exceptionally clean on arrival. The pool is a good size with steps down into the shallow end. Deep end I’d estimate at about 200cm. The pool is fenced off from the rest of the property to make it child safe. The pool was cleaned three time in our two week stay and always looked fresh and clean. The property is just out of the town of Vale de Parra but a fifteen minute walk takes you to the far side of the town to the excellent Docaria Almeixar bistro and the Sao Domingo’s Restaurant both of which are to be recommended. Nearer to the villa, seven/eight minute walk, is the excellent Cozinha do Claúdio - never been disappointed with a meal in this family run restaurant. There is a good sized Aldi in Parra itself and a ten minute drive away is a very good Apolonia supermarket. All in all we would definitely recommend this villa and its host. We hope to return sometime in the future ourselves.

Die Villa war einfach wunderbar. Absolute Privatsphäre, wunderschöne Einrichtung (Ich liebe die pinke Küche ), ein toller Pool und viel Platz. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die wunderschöne Strände der Algarve sind schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar. Alles perfekt.
