thanks for this wonderfull review, I am very pleased that you enjoyed both the house and your stay. Daniel by villaveranda.it About my photos here on the advert that don't capture all the beauty of the house unfortunately I'm not a photographer and I take the photos myself, not professionally. I try to improve and also make videos. Once again thank you for reviewing the house

villaveranda.it thanks Catherine for her very nice review Hoping to have you once again our very welcome guest at villaveranda.it

thanks for the review, in all double and triple rooms there are new and powerful air conditioners. 6 in total. I'm sorry that you felt hot in the living room and kitchen where the ceilings are very high as you can see from the photos, more than 5 meters high (which is one of the nice features of the house), so the living room and kitchen are almost cool by themselves. However for the 2025 season I am going to install a powerful air conditioner there too Daniel from villaveranda.it

thank you for this very nice review. Just one clarification: the villa isn't at the top of the hill, but at its base. There's only one bend to go. Daniel by villaveranda.it

I'm sorry you messed up with the car navigator the first time. Everyone arrives at the villa with only a minute and a half drive from the smooth main road. Further information on how to get the house can also be found on villaveranda.it

let's be clear - with air conditioning there were: 1 triple bedroom 4 double bedrooms so 11 could sleep with air conditioning. Brand new silent and efficient air conditioning systems Plus there is 1 double bedroom sheltered by the hillside, cool on its own and that doesn't much need air conditioning and a rarely used single bedroom with a fan. I think the latter were the problem but it is absurd because there were 10 guests and even 11 could sleep with air conditioning. Did they want to sleep right in the only rooms where there wasn't? However we have now installed the air conditioner also in the double bedroom protected by the hill. So from now on, even 13 can sleep with air conditioning! About the capacity of the fridge: from how they looked and from the waste these guests left, they consume as much food and drink as about 20 people. Really the first time this happens a decade. But even for 12 guests the two refrigerators in the house are more than enough. Of course our guests they must be able to have cold drinks as much as they like, even 3 bottles each a day (that's more than 30 per day for the whole party!) so if any of the next coming guests will need more fridge capacity, no problem, just tell me and I promise I will supply another fridge within the same day.😉

Merci, je suis heureux que vous ayez apprécié à la fois la maison et le séjour. Daniel par villaveranda.it
