Very nice house and garden at a convenient location

Good location relatively close to the shore and hills. You will need a car though. Very nice home-like house with all you need. Great garden to relax in.

Great family time

We spent fantastic winter holidays in a great atmosfere. The villa with a wonderful garden is a perfect place tor relaxing holidays. As well the dogs felt very well. The house offers all you need , a nice living room, bed rooms with a lot of space, nice bath rooms and a big kitchen with all the tools you need for cooking delicious meals. Many thanks to Silvia and her family for her kindness and hospitality.

Great stay

Silvia was a great host, the property was spacious and clean. Nice kitchen, large living area, and several outdoor spaces to relax. The garden was fantastic, especially as we had dogs. Lucca, Pisa and Florence not too far away, and also the beach, although we travelled up the coast towards La Spezia as the beach nearest to the property was overcrowded and difficult to park. Our only suggestion is that it would be good to have some house instructions/notebook which would have helped, rather than have to contact Silvia.

Perfect house for the family vacation

We were a party of grandparents with a young family (2 children 13 years old). In the house we had plenty of space including a baby bed and a big garden with green under olive trees. The house is completely fenced and we could let go the lder boy without beeing afraid. The house was equipped with everything we needed (we cooked every day). We had lunch and dinner outside at one of the seating areas.Silvia was very friendly and responsive, if we had a question. You have to drive by car if you want to go to the beach.

Wir waren als Familie mit fünf Kindern und einem Hund im Oktober da und haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sauber und der Empfang sehr freundlich. Der Garten ist komplett eingezäunt. Die Kommunikation mit Silvia war freundlich und gut. Wir können diese Unterkunft guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

Haus mit wunderschönem Garten in ruhiger Lage

Wir können die Unterkunft vorbehaltlos empfehlen, unser Aufenthalt von sechs Tagen war sehr schön. Der Garten mit Olivenbäumen und Magnolien ist perfekt zum Entspannen. Es gibt einen Grill, mehrere Sitzgelegenheiten draußen und eine Schaukel für die Kinder. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und die Zimmer sehr sauber. Strand und Supermarkt sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Im Übrigen ist die Gastgeberin freundlich und die Kommunikation hat gut geklappt. Einzig auf die Mücken muss man abends und nachts etwas aufpassen.

Osterferien

das Haus bietet viele Möglichkeiten und der Garten ist ein Traum! Die Vermieterin hat uns aufgrund der Kälte die Heizung kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Vielen Dank dafür!!! Das einzig negative ist das schlechte W-Lan, was unbedingt verbessert werden muss!!! Zwei Grundstücke weiter gibt es ein Gehege mit Hühner und Hähnen, die teilweise schon ab 3 Uhr krähen. Bei guten Schlaf stört das aber auch nicht!!!

Im Oktober in der Toskana

Es war ein erholsamer Urlaub. Das Haus und der Garten sind sehr schön. Es ist recht ruhig gelegen. Wir haben es trotzdem gut gefunden. Von hier aus kann man sehr gut in die Umgebung starten. Die gute Seele des Hauses war Silvia. Sie war über WhatsApp immer erreichbar und hat sofort geantwortet. Wir haben nichts zu meckern. Danke Ralf & Familie
