" " In the unlikely event that you require heating/air-con from September to end of May it can be activated at a supplement. " This is also detailed in the Amenities section under 'Climate control'. The cinema remote has just 5 buttons and a single side A4 instruction manual as to how to screen your media content via the installed Google Chromecast. The owners 9 year old grand-daughter was able to cast her tablet to the screen within 2 minutes of switching on the equipment having never used this form of casting before. If you were unable to comprehend what all rentals over the past 3 years have not had an issue with why did you not contact our local management team for help/assistance? In conclusion, the only legitimate 'gripe' was the sauna being out-of-service on your arrival due to a faulty thermostat but as this not an inclusive facility but supplemented was perhaps a feature that you may not have wished to pay for. We would conclude that you were aggrieved that you were required to pay for the aircon supplement due to either not reading the VRBO description or by first clarifying when initially booking the villa and hence you have decided to portray a negative perspective.
