A beautiful apartment located in one of the best areas of Gijón, the historic seaside area of Cimadevilla. Just a few metres from San Lorenzo Beach and a short walk from city centre and all the main attractions. A prime location to enjoy Gijón from one of the city’s most convenient and charming areas.



IMPORTANT INFORMATION!!! This accommodation is heated by electric radiators, which are available from November through April. In light of the climate and social emergency, we are calling for responsible use and want to be part of the solution, not the problem. Therefore, given our city’s oceanic climate—where temperatures in the coldest winter months range from 6 to 15 degrees—heating will be available during two time slots: one in the morning and one in the afternoon, always maintaining a temperature between 18 and 20 degrees. The maximum heating time is limited to between 4 and 6 hours per day, depending on the weather, and guests may choose these time slots. It’s important to understand that heating a 50 m² space like ours is not the same as heating a smaller space, such as a hotel room (15 m²).

Check-in from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM* Check-out BEFORE 11:00 a.m. *A 1-hour time slot will be agreed upon for guest check-in; in the event of a delay or change on the guest’s part, such a change will be subject to the host’s discretion and availability. Coordinating check-in times is very simple and offers great flexibility for guests, and we will try to accommodate your needs as much as possible. *A “late check-in” service is available from 9:00 PM until 11:00 PM at the latest, for an additional fee of 20. At 11:00 PM, the reservation will be cancelled for “NO-SHOW”

In Gijón, there is an electric car-sharing system called Guppy, which allows you to get around in an eco-friendly and affordable way. There is a bus stop near the apartment.
