I totally recommend this place for stały in Dubrovnik.

All in all, good value for money!

The terrace was my favourite part, very spacious! The bathroom as well. You have a parking spot included and the property is also very close to the bus station so you can get wherever you need to go which is a great thing in Dubrovnik!

Special place!

We had a wonderful stay at Martinat’s place! The location is peaceful and very close to restaurants and the beach. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. The apartment was very clean.

Major-league holiday!

It was a really nice stay! The air conditioning was a blessing in the summer heat. You can see that the aera is still developing (lots of construction around) but it didn't make us feel unsafe. The one thing worth mentioning was a little ant invasion in the kitchen area. We contacted the host and she promised to treat the aera after our departure so hopefully it got solved quickly 🙏 would come back for another Croatia trip :)

Ήταν αρκετά μακριά από την παλιά πόλη όμως υπήρχε στάση λεωφορείου (γραμμή 6), πολύ κοντά στο κατάλυμα, που πηγαίνει ακριβώς στην παλιά πόλη, η οποία είναι πανέμορφη

Die Unterkunft hatte alles was man für ein paar Tage benötigt. Das Bad war sehr sauber und komplett neu renoviert. Die Klimaanlage hat uns an den heißen gerettet. Die Unterkunft kann ich wirklich nur empfehlen.

Bardzo schludna łazienka, wygodne łóżko, przyzwoite wyposażenie aneksu kuchennego, dobrze zlokalizowany parking, brak bezpośredniego kontaktu z administratorem (klucze od lokalu odbierane i pozostawiane w szyfrowane skrzynce). Duży taras. Wydajna klimatyzacja. Bardzo blisko do plaży i łatwy dojazd do zabytkowego centrum miasta.

Special place!

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage und bietet dennoch gute Anbindungen direkt in das Zentrum und zu zwei Stränden. Die Bushaltestelle ist ca. 5 Minuten vom Apartment entfernt und die Linie 6 bringt einen direkt zur Altstadt Dubrovniks. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und wir haben uns in ihrem Apartment direkt wohlgefühlt! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Martinas Unterkunft sehr genossen!
