It was 2 story on the 2nd floor.. We had no toilet paper or ample household products. Each bed got one set of towels for the 5 day stay and no soap in the dispensers. The living room rug was filthy. We payed extra for the Quilty service package, but got nothing We paid for. When I went to the Reception Desk, I was told " This is a Resort not a Hotel." I emailed the the owner again and their response was "I am under contract with the reception desk you need to go back to them. I did go back and explain We had one roll of toilet paper for 6 women and the young girl retrieved one roll and slammed it on the counter and again said this is a resort not a hotel.All the appliances were in Dutch. We did get an employee to assist us. The expresso machine didn't work, ALSO.

Everything was better than we could have imagined. The cost was relatively low so we were pleasantly surprised at how nice the property and amenities were. We loved sitting on the deck to enjoy the view with a latte macchiato from the built in coffee machine. The kitchen was so well equipped. It was great to have three bedrooms and three bathrooms. It made it easy for us to get up and get going every morning. The location was great too. It was so easy to start our excursions from there. The park and ride train station was just 15 minutes away. Monnickendam is close and such a nice place to go for dinner and drinks. The europarcs resort offered so much too. Bike rentals, paddle boards, swimming, restaurant and a lot more. I would definitely recommend this rental to everyone.
