The property was clean, and the check-in process was very easy and convenient, which we appreciated.However, there were a few things that would have been helpful to know before booking. It was not clearly communicated during the booking process that towels were not included and had to be purchased separately. Since we arrived late, the registration desk was already closed, so we were unable to purchase towels after hours.We also found that there was no hand soap provided, and there were no towels available in the kitchen. These were small but important conveniences that we expected to be provided, especially for a short stay and for those traveling from other countries. Overall, the property itself was clean and the check-in process was smooth, but clearer communication about what is and isn’t included—particularly towels and basic amenities—would have made the stay more comfortable.
