Wonderful property and fabulous location!
We stayed with friends at Castell Y Waun for a week during the Easter holidays - 8 of us altogether. The property itself was fantastic for our 2 families; spacious but cosy, and really clean. The bedrooms were all decorated beautifully and the beds so comfortable and the hot tub fabulous! We arrived to be met by the owners who were very friendly and we found a lovely hamper with welcome goodies - a lovely touch! The location of the property was super - so close to many beautiful castles, wonderful countryside and stunning beaches. The large garden was something that attracted us to the property, for the children and dogs to run around in, however whilst the garden had new fencing it was not strictly enclosed as the dogs could escape via the gates backing onto the fields - so just a warning to those with dogs that are mischievous! Aside from that, our week there was perfect and we’d highly recommend it; we had a brilliant holiday!
