Beach way house invites you to spend some time with your family and to rest by an amazing blue flag award-winning sandy beach and discover the Jurassic coast and the New Forest.

On the ground floor, you will be greeted by a coat room that is ample in storage and leads onto the stairway hall which also has a small study/ workspace under the stairs. Exploring the ground floor further you will find plenty of space to be together in the living room or dining area or to chill out in the kitchen sitting space while the kids enjoy themselves in the playroom where they can watch TV (Disney + and Netflix included and password protected), discover new toys, or read a magazine, while grown-ups can have a cup of tea or a cheeky glass of wine on the recliner chairs. You can open the garden doors for some fresh air or for the kids to run around while you keep an eye on them from the inside.

Upstairs you will find individual rooms. All rooms are named after their character.
You will find a Yellow room, a Cosy corner room, an Orla Kielly room, Sky and Butterfly room, and a Master bedroom. If you are traveling with a toddler we can provide a cot for them, to be next to you.

New Year’s break

Amazing property, the owners have furnished it to an exceptionally high standard. Great for our dog as the garden is astroturf so no muddy paws when he used the garden. We had 2 family’s staying with 4 adults and 2 children and we had plenty of room. Great location just slightly outside of the main town but easy enough to walk too. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. And a more than generous welcome hamper when we arrived which was delicious!!

Amazing property, highly recommend

We have just returned from our stay at the Beach house. We were all very impressed with how spacious, clean and well equipped this property was. It has a lovely home from home feel and perfect for family gatherings with varied ages. The children absolutely loved the playroom. The property is in a good location to the high street and beach. The host was very helpful and quick to answer any queries that we had. We will definitely book this property again in the future. Thank you for letting us stay

Wonderful time spent with friends.

The house is lovely & spacious, a few recommendations, in the butterfly room the bed needs to be full size as it’s a small bed & big bedroom. Also some big coffee cups, and maybe the crockery needs updating. There needs to be some big bowls for serving, eg beans, veg. A small welcome pack would be a nice gesture too.

Great house for a bigger group

We enjoyed our stay, the location was great, in a quiet street close to the beach and main street with shops and restaurants. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable.
