A perfect property for a multi generational family. Walk to beach through the castle then back to the beautiful garden. The whole property is excellent. WiFi very good for anyone having to keep work going whilst on hols. We will be back, thanks so much Helen!

I stayed here to celebrate my 70th birthday with the special people in my life. Everything was beyond perfect, Helen, our host was absolutely lovely and went the extra mile to make sure we had the best time. Great location, very well equipped and squeaky clean everywhere.

Wonderful stay.

A super, well equipped house in a splendid area. Highcliff is a great place to stay with the beach, cliff top walks and woodland areas to wander in. Highly recommended.

Convenient to the beach and town

Mostly clean, lovely garden we have 3 big cars so parking was a bit squashed.

Great holiday home!

Great location to dog friendly beach and the castle. Well equipped. Enclosed garden was secure for our dog and also enjoyable to humans. Very clever sun room where the glass panels can be slid back on 3 walls!

Wonderful Stay

The house and garden were both beautiful and clean. Helen was amazing at returning any messages and queries we had both before and whilst there. Would definitely stay there again. Thanks again for our stay, we had a lovely relaxing time and even the weather seemed to behave for us!

Well presented and equipped property

This is a lovely property in a good location for exploring the New Forest and the coast. It is very nicely decorated and furnished and is well equipped. It has a beautiful garden which can also be enjoyed from the conservatory.

Family holiday

Ideal for family holiday including grandparents adult children and grandchildren. Well organised accommodation and well equipped. Good garden and barbecue. Close to different beaches and the towns of Christchurch and Muddiford.

Family Easter weekend

We had a wonderful long weekend here. The house was beautifully furnished, with a comfortable and welcoming feel. It was very spacious and well equipped - it had everything that we needed. Would definitely recommend.

Brilliant house

This was a really lovely house . Very clean, spacious and comfortable . The garden was particularly lovely . The house's location was also excellent being close to the beach , Highcliffe Castle and Highcliffe high street . We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay .

Lovely quiet location. Easy access to many sites and places. Property was well maintained, spacious and very comfortable. Excellent facilities and attention to detail. This is our 2nd visit to the property.

Brilliant property

Stayed with 3 generations of my family. The layout of the bedrooms was ideal two down and two upstairs. Everything was provided for a Christmas break with family. Everyone agreed that we couldn’t have wished for more, Recommend for Multigenerational stays.

Perfect house for family get together

The house was fantastic for 3 generations, having downstairs bedrooms and bathrooms was ideal. There was plenty of space for 8 of us, the house was very clean and well equipt.The garden was amazing we loved spending time in it. The location was perfect, so close to the beach, the village, as well as the New Forest. We hope to come back

We’ve had a fabulous week in Highcliffe. The house was a good size for 7 of us, plus 2 dogs and has a very well equipped kitchen (although a bigger cafetière would be great!). Beds very comfy.We spent a lot of time in the garden thanks to fabulous weather. It was perfect with a good sized dining table, BBQ and plenty of seating and loungers. The garden is enclosed for dogs. Proximity to the beach surpassed expectation - especially on a busy and hot bank holiday weekend. So great to be able to walk and not worry about parking. We enjoyed both Highcliffe beach and walking to the Noisy Lobster at Avon Beach. Only thing to be aware of is that you need to cross a busy road to get to the beach, but then it’s a safe walk after that.

Everything we needed and we all enjoyed the ‘glass room’ where most of our leisure time was spent chatting and playing games. Lovely big garden but of course not at its best because of the hot dry summer.If we ever wanted to stay in Highcliffe again we know where we will be booking!!

Property was modern, clean & well maintained. It was light, bright & spacious. The garden especially was very well maintained and we found everything just as was shown in the pictures on the website. We chose this property because the excellent reviews, and we certainly weren't disappointed. For a 'three' generation family holiday it met everyone' s requirements - near lovely beaches, New Forest for walking, horse riding (which proved to be a great success) easy access to shops and pubs etc. The property is clean, extremely well equipped from kitchen facilities to cushions for the garden furniture. There is even nets and buckets for crabbing at Mudeford Quay. Helen, the host, answered any queries before and during our stay promptly. It is definitely a home from home.

A Family Holiday

Very clean and well provisioned - especially the kitchen and laundry room. We enjoyed using the Glass room and Garden. Our sporty sons and grandsons enjoyed not missing their sports channels. It was good being able to walk to the beaches through Highcliffe Castle grounds and leave the car behind in the drive.
