On the fourth floor of one of the most interesting liberty buildings of the San Donato area, is a bright and cozy three bedroom flat. This flat combines vintage and modern in a tasteful way with an hint of art, courtesy of Italian artist Fulvio Donorà.
The flat is located in a strategic position, very well connected to public transportation, is very close to PIAZZA STATUTO and PORTA SUSA station and only a 15 minute walk to the very central square, PIAZZA CASTELLO.

The flat has a big entrance, a large living room (that overlooks a brand new kitchen), two double rooms (in which one of them you can divide the bed and make it two single beds), and a single bedroom; it’s also equipped with one bathroom and a large balcony. From the balcony, there is view of the communal garden and the characteristic bell tower of the Santa Zita church and a nice view of the Alps.
The house is equipped with unlimited wifi, smart TV with a Netflix account, washing machine, dish washer, clothesline, AC, hairdryer and ironing board.
This flat is ideal for families, couples or for whoever wants to enjoy their stay in the most important town of Piedmont in a strategic location of the city.

The flat is located on the fourth floor of a building equipped with an elevator.

The flat will comfortably fit a maximum of 5 people.

The space is composed of:

AREA LIVING: includes the lunch area, a spacious sofa, smart TV, a spacious couch, TV and an equipped kitchen

ROOM 1: double bedroom, clothes hangers, drawers and AC

ROOM 2: double bedroom where you can divide the bed and make it into two single beds, drawers and clothes hanger

ROOM 3: single bedroom, wall cabinet and a shelf for clothes

BATHROOM: includes a wide shower, toilet, bidet, sink, mirror and washing machine

The two double bedrooms overlook the road while the single room provides a view of the condominium garden.

The apartment overlooks Via Saccarelli; there are numerous parking lots near the house. The subway is 350 meters away, allowing you to be able to reach any area of the city (including train stations) independently.

Excellent location. Appartment was beautiful and comfortable but could have been better equipped for 5 people.

annullamento soggiorno

La sera prima del mio arrivo ho chiesto dettagli sulle procedure di check-in. Mi è stato risposto (ore 19:00 circa) che di lì a poco mi avrebbe scritto per comunicarmi che i clienti precedenti avevano danneggiato il bagno ed era in attesa dell’assicurazione. Per tanto il sig. Della Gatta ha annullato il mio soggiorno (la sera prima del mio arrivo!), senza nessun supporto nella ricerca di una alternativa. Sottolineo che i clienti precedenti avrebbero dovuto lasciare l’appartamento alle 11:00 di un venerdì. Un buon idraulico (e credo che a Torino non manchino) avrebbe avuto tutto venerdì e sabato per rendere quantomeno agibile il bagno.

Urlaub mit Hindernissen

Der Aufenthalt war ganz nett. Ich erhielt 4 Wochen vor unserem Urlaub eine WhatsApp von einem Francesco, der mich bat meinen Urlaub zu stornieren, da die Wohnung nicht vermietet werden könnte (E-Mail auf Englisch mit Übersetzungsprogramm erstellt). Da ich auf WhatsApp Nachrichten von Leuten, die ich nicht kenne nicht reagiere und ich auch keine Möglichkeit hatte, zu überprüfen, ob die Nachricht vom Vermieter kam habe ich nicht reagiert. Das Ergebnis war, dass wir beinahe keine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit gehabt hätten. Der Vermieter reagierte kulant und ließ uns die erste Nach in einer seiner Wohnungen übernachten. Und für 3 Tage danach hatten wir eine andere Wohnung. Die ursprünglich gemietete Wohnung kann ich nicht bewerten, da wir nicht dort übernachtet. haben. Ansonsten war der Urlaub schön.

points positifs: appartement charmant mélangeant les styles proche de restaurants , de la ligne de métro et du tram, le propriétaire est a l'écoute et réactif aux demandes points négatifs: - la propreté: réfrigérateur sale , vaisselle pas très propre, couche de poussière sur la table basse, parquet sale et le tapis de bain plein de poils et cheveux avait surement déjà servi ! - la literie d'une des chambres double est beaucoup trop dure (celle face a la salle de bain) - l'appartement est mal isolé avec l’extérieur (rue bruyante) et avec les appartements autour néanmoins nous n'avons pas trop mal dormi sur la bonne literie - pas de parking gratuit très proche ( le plus près est a dix mn a pieds), du coup la voiture a stationné dans la rue en payant le parcmètre ( environ 15 euros /jour)
