Great Location

2-3 minute walk to the beach. Restaurants along the way walking in the sand. Multiple choices of cuisine. Sushi near by which is fantastic. I would stay again.

Great property!

I've stayed in Cabarete and Sosúa apartments four times in the past year. I found the apartments in Cabarete to be much better than the ones in Sosúa, and this apartment to be the better of both Cabarete apartments. 💯 Bed was very comfortable, and photos are truly representative of what you'll find. No unexpected surprises, which sometimes happens where photos do not truly represent what you'll find on arrival at a rental property. The management was very responsive to inquiries and requests, and went above and beyond the norm to ensure that my needs as a guest were met. Neighbors were very friendly also. I would highly recommend the property to anyone who wants to visit the area for kiting, or just for a getaway. Thank you, Rosanna for a great stay!

Stress and frustration - not enjoyable vacation

Rosanna was very nice to deal with & very apologetic when things went wrong. The water was off almost daily which was frustrating for us; the internet went out a few times; there was supposed to be a washer/dryer available but it did not arrive until about 4 days after we arrived, then was not hooked up for 2 weeks. The hydro also went out a few times. We were also given 10 min notice when people were coming through to view the place. It must be up for sale. We left 1 1/2 weeks early expecting a partial refund for the stress put upon us for the water stoppages, hydro, internet, etc. We didn't come all the way to Dominican to experience this frustration and stress.

Thank you for your review. Sorry that your plans changed and suddenly you had to leave. Allow me to clarify that the building has a washing and drier area which is what is offered in the listing. However, I’m making improvements and installed a brand new washer and drier machines inside the kitchen of the apt for the comfort of my guests. Within the improvements there are also two new air conditioners, comforters, curtains, etc . The hydro mentioned was just disconnected by one of the guests and it only took the cleaning lady to connect it back for it to work. Sorry that if your stay was frustrating, but refunds due to plans changes are not allowed.
