Surrounded by century-old trees, this boutique villa is a blend of country charm and contemporary luxury. The architecture defined by stone walls and earth tones creates a unique warm atmosphere. The spacious living room is decorated with contemporary design interiors, with a rustic Mediterranean open space kitchen designed with traditional Italian handmade tiles.  The two double bedrooms on the first floor are decorated in a country style with en-suite bathroom and a complete range of toiletries for a remarkable experience of comfort. The bedrooms offer panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea, Capri Island and the olive groves.  

The floor-to-ceiling windows open out onto a spacious patio featuring lounging furniture and a jacuzzi surrounded by Mediterranean gardens. 

Parking is available at the property for a small car. Otherwise, there is parking available at the square of Acquara, which is a 200m walking distance from Casa Diana.

DETAILED VILLA DESCRIPTION

Indoors: Casa Diana spans two floors, connected by a staircase. The main entrance of this rustic villa leads into a spacious living area decorated with contemporary design interiors, two sofas, a modern dining table, and a rustic Mediterranean open-space kitchen designed with traditional Italian handmade tiles and a charming stone vault. To the right, a door leads to a spacious bathroom with a shower. Returning to the main entrance, the staircase leads to the first floor with two double bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and panoramic views of Capri Island and the Mediterranean Sea.

The interiors open out onto a patio featuring an intimate al fresco and barbecue area.

Outdoors: Casa Diana has a main gate entrance leading to the outdoor areas. The patio extends to the Mediterranean gardens and other al fresco areas. To the right, the garden leads to a jacuzzi area with panoramic sea views furnished with sun loungers where guests can unwind and relax.

The Neighborhood:
Situated in the town Acquara, Casa Diana offers a charming retreat amidst the captivating landscapes of the Sorrentine Peninsula. Guests can explore the nearby shops, savor culinary delights at charming restaurants and trattorie, and unwind at bars that offer a taste of the area's lively atmosphere. Sant'Agata Sui Due Golfi serves as an ideal base for discovering the attractions of the region. Nerano Bay, renowned for its crystal-clear waters and picturesque coastline, is located just a short distance away, offering opportunities for swimming and seaside relaxation. Additionally, the picturesque town of Positano is easily accessible from Sant'Agata Sui Due Golfi, located approximately 15 kilometers to the southwest. The historic town of Sorrento is conveniently situated approximately 10 kilometers to the northwest.

Should you intend to use one of our villas or apartments for any type of commercial use, such as photo shooting or filming, please inform Feeling Italy of this at the time of booking. Such use will be allowed with Feeling Italy's written consent. Events, weddings, wedding receptions, or large gatherings on Feeling Italy's properties without written permission are not allowed unless specified in the description. Services provided by external suppliers, such as private chefs, and catering, among others, are not permitted in Feeling Italy properties. In such cases, you will be asked to pay an extra fee for your event or service.
Any wood ovens available on Feeling Italy's properties can solely be used by the professional pizza chefs provided by Feeling Italy. Please contact Feeling Italy to enquire about the cost and availability of this service on the property of your choice.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

Standard check-in time is between 3 pm and 10 pm. 
In case of flight delays or any unforeseeable inconvenience while traveling, please contact our office or the property contact. Late arrivals are managed for an extra fee. 
Check-out time is 10 am. 
Early check-in and late arrivals are subject to availability and subject to an extra fee.

TOURIST TAX

Some of the Municipalities where Feeling Italy villas are located apply a local tourist tax. The amount of this tourist tax is calculated according to the number of nights of your reservation. It varies depending on location and must be paid directly by guests before arrival, or on arrival.
