Stay at central studios

The room was really nice and clean. Centrally located too. Only thing we found a bit odd is that there is basic kitchen facilities which were great however there is no sink in the kitchen area to wash your cups etc. We had to use the shower or sink on top of the toilet which was a bit challenging. Other than that everything were great.

This was a weekend break. The visit was good, and Stratford was great. The parking is restricting and the TV is online only (No aerial) But overall Ok.

Terrible

Terrible apartment. Very small, smelled strongly of damp and drains, especially in the bathroom, which was tiny. It was also really noisy, as it’s part of a house with other rooms. We only lasted one night before booking somewhere else — the smell was unbearable. Would definitely not recommend.

It was advertised as central, which it is not. It was described as an apartment, which it is not. It’s a single small room just big enough for the bed. A corner has been carved out of it to hold a toilet and a very small shower but no hand basin. There is a kitchen sink and a wardrobe, two unmatched plates, two mugs and two unmatched plastic wine glasses. There is a fridge but there was no milk or ice in it, not even capsules of uht milk. There is a kettle but no counter so it sits on the draining board. There is a microwave. When I arrived after a journey of 24 hours I couldn’t get the front door open. I contacted the agency who did do their best to help and sent a property manager who showed me the Knack of opening the door, which would have been useful information to have had ahead of time. The house seemed clean but the room had a musty, mouldy smell. In the hot weather, as tiny as it was with only one small window, it was unbearably hot and stuffy. I was supposed to stay for five days, but the whole experience was so dreadful that I left and went to a hotel the following morning. I have stayed in a number of VRBOs and had good experiences all through. This one, though, was truly dreadful.

Central apartments

When i booked i didnt realise it was a house of multiple occupancy 4am doors were being slammed with people coming and going so 3 days away and not much sleep also rooms are very small with no sink in the bathroom. No parking at the property but management directed us to brookvale road as its free parking all day everyday but i think residents must be fed up of other people parking up that road as my car was damaged and had eggs thrown at it. All in all i would not reccomend this place to anyone i messaged the management who quickly said the damage to my car isnt there issue and that was that.

Great location walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. Apartment is right on the street/sidewalk but still was quiet.
