Beautiful Garden Apartment

We received a very warm welcome from Anna at this modern apartment a short distance from the beautiful sandy beach. There is a shady patio area with a roof, surrounded by a sandy garden full of cacti and other plants. There are many interesting places to visit nearby, and good restaurants in Valledoria.

Ferien in der Villa Anna

Wir waren das zweite Mal in der Villa Anna und es hat uns wieder hervorragend gefallen. Die Gastgeberin wohnt im gleichen Haus und ist jederzeit erreichbar, falls nötig. In diesem Haus ist das Mülltentsorgen einfach. Man musste sich nicht ständig damit beschäftigen, wann welcher Müll abgeholt wird, da Anna dies für die Gäste übernimmt, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Der nahe Strand und die schönen Wellen waren auch diesmal wieder ein Highlight. Ebenfalls genossen haben wir das köstliche, frische Brot aus der Bäckerei von Valledoria.

Toller Urlaub bei einer sehr netten Vermieterin / Familie

Anna und ihre Familie sind sehr offen, freundlich und extrem hilfsbereit. Zur Begrüßung hatte sie bereits Wasser und Reissalat für uns kalt gestellt. Sie hat auf uns gewartet, obwohl wir sehr spät ankamen. Das Haus und der Garten sind toll zum Entspannen, die Kinder spielten Verstecken und zum kilometerlangen Sandstrand ist es nur ein Katzensprung. Sie hat auch einen kleinen Reiseführer selbst zusammengestellt und in die Wohnung gelegt. Als wir im August dort waren fand in der Nähe das jährliche Rock'n'Beer Festival statt. Das war, je nach Windrichtung, fast gar nicht zu hören bis sehr laut und es ging drei Tage lang bis in die Nacht. Ansonsten war es tagsüber und abends herrlich ruhig und die Musik/Animation, aus dem Hotel in der Nähe, war nur zwischen 22 und 24 Uhr abends zu hören. Die Oma pflegte den Garten mit Hingabe und immer auf Diskretion bedacht und Annas Sohn half beim Dolmetschen, wenn Bedarf bestand. Die Ferienwohnung ist groß, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Lediglich das Fenster im zweiten Schlafzimmer war kleiner als ein normales Fenster, daher war es darin etwas stickig zum Schlafen, wenn die Zimmertür zu war. Abgesehen davon konnte man nachts gut lüften. Wir hatten draußen eine sehr schöne Sitzgelegenheit mit Überdachung, hübschen Holzstühlen und -tisch sowie eine Sonnenliege. Im Garten gab es auch eine Hängematte, die man mitbenutzen kann, sowie zwei Solar-Gartenduschen. In der Waschküche gab es zudem Kisten mit Strandspielzeug, Luftmatratzen und Sonnenschirmen, die man sich einfach ausleihen konnte. Wir hätten sogar Annas Grill auf ihrer eigenen Terrasse mitbenutzen dürfen. Das fehlende W-Lan störte nicht wirklich, da man sich auch gut mit dem eigenen Handy behelfen konnte. Es war ein sehr schöner und erholsamer Urlaub. Anna hatte auch immer den ein oder anderen Tipp parat, was man machen und wo man hingehen konnte. Am Abreisetag konnten wir unsere Sachen bis mittags noch bei Anna unterstellen. Wir sind dann nochmals zum Strand und konnten uns danach gemütlich unter den Gartenduschen abduschen und bei Anna reisefertig machen.

Très agréable

Accueil on ne peut plus chaleureux. Nous avions une salade, du melon et de l'eau fraîche à notre arrivée, ce qu'on a apprécié. Appartement très propre. Anna toujours présente pour nous donner des informations sur les activités du coin. Nous avons passé un bon séjour très calme, familial dans un cadre sympathique, le jardin est génial. Bref, que du bonheur, on le conseille.

Traumhaft

Wir, Familie mit 12-jährigen Zwillingen, haben mehr bekommen als erwartet. Mit liebe eingerichtetes Appartement, schöner Garten mit zwei Aussenduschen, wenige Gehminuten vom Strand. Anna war super nett und hat uns mit Reissalat und frischer Melone empfangen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können dieses Appartement nur weiterempfehlen.
