Marvellous

On arrival the villa was immaculately clean. Only used double room and adjacent shower so cannot comment on other bedrooms and shower room. Bedding and towels smelled wonderful. Kitchen was well equipped but no corkscrew. Easily remedied by purchase in supermarket. Garden furniture and loungers were good quality and having a washing machine was great....meant the "holiday wash" when I got home was less than usual. The only slight downside was that the shower tray leaked badly, but hey, there was a mop, so nothing dreadful. We would happily use the villa again. We booked airport transfers and the service was perfect. Well done Solmar Villas

lovely villa and location, outside is a little tired

This is lovely villa and the location is peaceful yet not too far from the beach and restaurants. The villa is spotlessly clean, although there are some maintenance jobs required, namely the leaking shower which others have mentioned. The beds were fairly uncomfortable which was a shame.The kitchen has masses of plates and glasses although the kitchen utensils are basic and the corkscrew was broken. Some plastic glasses for pool side use would have been good. Outside is a little tired but nothing a good cleaning day as some basic maintenance wouldn't put right. We did note the pool didn't seem to get a clean during our stay, luckily there was a net to clear leaves and insects. All said we were sad to leave.
