Totally what we needed

Lovely villa and excellent communication from host

Nicely located villa with essential amenities. Excellent communications with Victor really smoothed the process of booking and he dealt with queries very courteously. We all really enjoyed our stay. We didn’t have a parasol base or a working kettle during our time there, but our stay was very short and Victor aims to rectify this as soon as possible. We would recommend this villa to others, the pool was very clean and the gardens nicely maintained. Very handy to have local supermarkets within 10 minutes walking distance too! Thanks for a lovely short break, Katie

Excellent Villa, excellent owner

We have stayed at Cap D’Artrutx once before and decided to go again this year. We found the villa on VRBO and the communication from Victor, the owner was brilliant as we were leading up to travelling. The Villa is really nice, exactly as you see it in the photos on the website and it’s very close to the shops and restaurants, literally 2 minutes away. Beach towels were provided as well as smaller towels. Some very nice touches when we arrived. All in all a great place to stay. Close to Ciutadella which is a must to walk round that lovely old city and have dinner by the amazing harbour. Closer still is Cala en Bosch which also has a great range of harbour restaurants. The pool at the Villa is just perfect. The aircon is very welcome and keeps all rooms cool. The kitchen is very well equipped too. Great Villa, really nice owner and a holiday we all enjoyed immensely.

Fabulous place, will return

We all loved the property, it is spacious, well equipped and comfortable. The location was ideal, quiet when home but not far to local shops and restaurants. Also great base to explore the island. The little touches ag the property such as parasols , laundry equipment and kitchen equipment made it a home from home holiday.

Merci à Victor pour cette villa parfaite, hyper propre, soignée, parfaite à vivre, idéalement placée, communication parfaite avec le propriétaire. Pour être franc, ce fut notre première fois à l’étranger avec abritel, et la simplicité de la location pouvait quelque peu inquiéter… à notre arrivée, la villa correspondait parfaitement à l’annonce, la clé nous attendait bien dans la « lockbox », et en ouvrant la porte et découvrant la villa, on fut enchanté immédiatement. Un séjour de rêve, dans une villa de rêve, sur une île de rêve. Le petit plus, Victor toujours disponible pour un renseignement ou même un conseil. Le top du top. Hâte de revenir et 1000 mercis pour la prestation.
