You can be on the private terrace to start your mornings with a beautiful view and end your evenings with barbecued meals. In leisure hours, you can play a game of billiards. Very well maintained. Beautiful home. I was a bit thrown off about the extra charges for towels, sheets, and utilities, seemed a bit pricey. I would recommend the place, just know there are extra charges.

In het algemeen is het ons prima bevallen. We hadden goed weer en hebben dus veel gebruik gemaakt van de mooie, omheide tuin. Het huis was ook ruim genoeg voor ons gezelschap. (7 personen en 2 middelgrote honden). We hebben genoten. Ik zou zo weer het huis huren, want mocht het een keer slecht weer zijn dan staat de garage vol met fitness apparatuur een pooltafel en een tafelvoetbalspel. Weinig reden tot klagen, dus... Een paar minpuntjes die ik niet onvermeld wil laten: Servies in de keuken was niet schoon (schuld vorige huurders?); een 2 persoonsbed is echt aan vervanging toe en tot slot wel een erg ondoorzichtig beleid van wie en wat allemaal betaald moet worden. Allereerst Belvilla natuurlijk, daarnaast Ardennes Online, die je moet betalen voor borg en toeristenbelasting en de eigenaar die je moet betalen voor gebruikte stroom en gas en eventueel extra kosten (boetes) als je bijvoorbeeld de laatste vaat niet uit de vaatwaaser geruimd hebt. Kan dat niet anders, duidelijker en transparanter Belvilla?

We hebben een prettig verblijf in dit vakantiehuis gehad. Het is niet de meest moderne vakantiewoning en er zijn ook wel wat gebreken (o.a. wat lampen die het niet doen en een wat rommelige keuken inventaris) maar alles wat je nodig hebt voor een goed verblijf is er. De sauna is erg fijn, je hebt veel ruimte binnen én buiten en er is een houtkachel voor de winter en een barbecue voor de zomermaanden. Het grootste minpunt is dat twee van de drie tweepersoonsbedden erg klein zijn (1m20 breed), wat een verblijf met meerdere volwassenen wel wat lastig kan maken. En het huis ligt aan een drukke weg.

Op het eerste zicht zag alles er goed uit maar iedere merkten wij zaken die stuk, los of er gewoon niet waren. Bvb geen stop voor de afwasbak, geen schilmes. We hebben alles wat we wilden gebruiken moeten afwassen en toch zijn we met 5 van de 6 volwassenen ziek geworden! Door het bed gezakt vanaf dat er iemand erop ging zitten. Dan nog moeilijkheden gehad om onzre waarborg terug te krijgen omdat we zogezegd niet goed hadden gesorteerd en het kapotte bed. Ik raad iedereen aan om vanaf er gebreken zijn dit onmiddellijk te melden. Wij wilden onze vakantie niet overschaduwen met dat alles 😓.

Er zijn 2 slk met goede matrassen en 2 met mindere. De douche spuit alle kanten uit. Ijskast en diepvriezer zijn ruim. Kosten van energie lopen op.

Das Haus war sauber und schön. Wir haben einen Holzlöffel, eine Schöpfkelle usw. zum Kochen vermisst. Das Haus braucht eine Erfrischung. Wenn Sie kleine Hunde haben, können sie im Garten nicht frei laufen, der Eingangszaun ist nicht vollständig geschlossen. Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt.
