Perfekter Urlaub

Herzlichen Dank für zwei schöne Wochen. Die Lage und die Wohnung sind ideal für alle, die es gern ruhig angehen wollen. Pomonte hat alles für den täglichen Gebrauch und die Gastgeberin ist herzlich und sehr engagiert.

Ringrazio per le parole di apprezzamento sulla casa. Mi dispiace per il disturbo arrecato dai lavori della casa vicina. Il proprietario mi aveva garantito di concludere i lavori entro fine febbraio, invece così non è stato. Io ho chiesto di avere il massimo rispetto per i miei ospiti, altro non ho potuto fare. Mi dispiace molto.

Das 5 - te mal auf Elba

Wohnung und Wohnungseinrichtung sehr schön, ebenso die sehr große Terrasse. Die Vermieterin stand zur Verfügung, wenn man einen Wunsch hatte, wobei man allerdings der englischen oder italienischen Sprache mächtig sein mußte. In der Ausstattungsbescheibung sollte man aufmerksam gemacht werden, dass nur italienischer Fernsehempfang möglich ist, da kein SAT-Empfang möglich und damit keine deutschsprachigen Sener empfangbar ! Die erste Woche war für uns OK ! Die zweite Woche war leider ein Horror, da in die Wohnung über der unseren eine schweizer Familie mit zwei halbwüchsigen Kindern einzog. Die Lärmbelästigung (Türen schlagen, ständiges Getrampel, lautes Geschrei weil die Kinder sich ständig stritten usw.) war so groß, dass wir froh waren, wieder am Ende der Woche nach Hause fahren zu können. Die Vermieterin kann ich für diesen Umstand nicht verantwortlich machen, aber unser teuer bezahlter Urlaub war dadurch leider zum Vergessen!

Wunderschöne Wohnung in einem herrlichen Örtchen

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt total genossen und können jedem dieses Apartment empfehlen. Es war wie auf den Bildern gezeigt und sehr sauber. Die Vermieterin Maria Rosa hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und war sehr bemüht uns einen wundervollen Urlaub zu ermöglichen. Sehr gelungen! Vielen Dank und wir kommen wieder!

Urlaub in der FeWo von Maria Rosa vom 06.08.2022 - 20.06.2022

Angenehme, sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, modern und neuwertig eingerichtet sowie günstig gelegen im ruhigen kleine Pomonte, abseits des großen Touristenrummels. Der nah gelegene Brunnen mit frischem Quellwasser war eine zusätzliche Bereicherung. Vom Standort mit sehr schönen Blick auf den Monte Capanne, kann man gut diverse Wanderungen starten. Besonders zu erwähnen ist die Gastfreundschaft von Maria Rosa, die jederzeit für uns erreichbar war und uns auch in schwierigen Situationen (medizinischer Notfall) stets zur Seite stand und nach bestem Wissen unterstützt hat. Nochmals ganz herzlichen Dank Maria Rosa.

Traumhafte Erholungszeit mit toller Betreuung

Vielen herzlichen Dank für die tollen Wochen in Pomonte! Maria Rosas hat uns im Vorhinein mit guten Tipps versorgt und uns dann bestens in Empfang genommen nach langer Anreise. Die Wohnung ist großzügig mit wunderbarer Terrasse. Sauber, gut ausgestattet, alles funktionsfähig und in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden. Pomonte ist sympathisch und es gibt alles was man im Urlaub braucht; Maria Rosa ist immer für alle Fragen da und daher war es ein rundum schöner und gelunger Urlaub! DANKE Maria Rosa!!!

Tolle Wohnung und sehr nette, hilfsbereite Vermieterin

Wir haben eine sehr entspannte Ferienwoche in dieser schönen Wohnung in Pomonte verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet mit großer Terasse, Liegestühlen und zwei Sitzplätzen im Freien. Der kleine Ort Pomonte verfügt über Restaurants, Alimentari und 3 Strände (Stein/Felsen).

Ruhiges Appartement in schönem Ort

Pomonte liegt etwas abseits der grossen Touristenorte. Es hat aber alles was das Herz begehrt: Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf, gute Lokale und eine kleine Piazza um den Abend ausklingen zu lassen. Das Appartement ist recht neu und modern. Alles nötige ist vorhanden und funktioniert. Alle Räume sind mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Dazu gehört eine Einzelgarage. Eine Waschmaschine wird auch gestellt. Maria Rosa hat uns freundlich empfangen und mit ein paar Tips versorgt. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Gerne wieder!

Geschmackvoll renoviertes Apartment in toller Lage

Tolle Lage am Ortsrand mit Blick in die Berge (und ein gaaanz klein wenig Meerblick), nur wenige Gehminuten von Kiesstrand, Restaurants, Trinkwasserquelle und allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten entfernt. Apartment offenbar frisch renoviert. Zuvorkommende Vermieter, die sofort kleine Probleme aus der Welt schaffen. Ein Stern Abzug für die (ortsüblich) spartanische Küchenausstattung.

Elbaurlaub

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, nicht muffig, die Betten sind sehr gut. Die Lage fanden wir super, da der Strand, die kleinen Supermärkte und Restaurants gut zu Fuß zu erreichen sind. Man konnte das Auto gleich neben dem Haus parken und konnte es beruhigt stehen lassen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, die Wohnungsübergabe war absolut problemlos. Wir würden sofort wieder dort Urlaub machen.

Ein kleines Paradies

Unser Urlaub auf Elba war sehr schön. Pomonte ist ein kleiner Ort, der alles hat, was man für den täglichen Bedarf braucht. Der Strand ist für kleine Kinder etwas schwierig, da er aus Steinen besteht. Aber nicht mal 10 Minuten mit dem Auto gibt es einen für Kinder idealen Strand. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und mit allem Ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Wir haben jedenfalls nichts vermisst. Auch die Betten waren gemütlich und alles war noch ziemlich neu. Auch die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und vor allem auch immer erreichbar. Wir können die Unterkunft und den Ort Pomonte wirklich empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schöner und erholsamer Urlaub

Unsere ganze Familie ( 2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder ) haben uns in der Ferienwohnung und im Ort Pomonte sehr wohl gefühlt. Mit Maria Rosa war alles unkompliziert und es war sehr nett! Unsere Gastgeberin hat immer schnell reagiert , wenn wir Fragen hatten und die Kommunikation in Englisch war gut. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und neu renoviert ! Die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet und die gemeinsame Waschmaschine mit den Gästen der oberen Wohnung war sehr hilfreich . Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und zum Kiesstrand hat man es nicht weit. Pomomte ist ein kleiner aber feiner Ort , in dem man alles bekommt, was man braucht . Vom Bäcker, Metzger , Restaurants , Minimarkt, Eisdiele usw. Zu sehr schönen Stränden ( Cavoli, Seccheto, Fetovaia) hat man es mit dem Auto nicht weit. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Familie aus Süddeutschland

Nice and newly renovated flat

We were here end of August 2018. The flat on the first floor was newly renovated, tastefully furnished and very clean. The balcony is big enough for 3 persons. Maria Rosa was very courteous, friendly and supportive. Mini market is about 100m away, beautiful beach also in walking distance (400m). Overall we had a very pleasant stay.

Tolle Ferienwohnung in einer schönen Lage

Eine sehr schöne FW in sehr schöner Lage am Ende des kleinen Dorfes Pomonte am Fuße der Berge. Trotzdem nur 5 Gehminuten zum Meer. Die Vermieterin ist super nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir hatten mit unseren zwei Kindern einen tollen Aufenthalt. Ich empfehle die FW als auch die Vermieterin unbedingt weiter.

Alles in allem: echt schön! Immer wieder gern. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und immer für uns da, hat uns Tipps zu Ausflügen gegeben und Restaurants empfohlen.
