Peaceful Country Villa, close to San Antonio & Ibiza

This peaceful country villa is an oasis away from all the hustle and bustle and will appeal to those who want to unwind & relax on this beautiful island especially small groups, families and couples. The simplicity of the villa is its biggest positive and the lack of complications leads to a relaxing environment in the beautiful green Ibiza countryside.

The villa has 2 good sized bedrooms (1 x double/1 x twin) with air conditioning & ceiling fans 1 full bathroom with a shower enclosure. The open plan living area leads directly to the pool area and consists of a fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher that leads to a dining area that seats 6. The lounge area is a welcome cosy relief to the hot sun rays and is has a TV, WIFI & is fitted with a ceiling fan for comfort.

The outside space is delightful with a large pool area surrounded by green grass and landscaped gardens set in the peaceful Ibiza countryside and has a small children’s play park in the villa grounds.

The shaded terrace compliments the villa and is a fantastic place to sit and read a book or just relax away from the suns hot summer rays.

La Casita is situated in the beautiful countryside of Benimussa which is 5km away from San Antonio, 4km from San Rafael & 7km from Ibiza Town so is ideally situated to discover the fantastic island of Ibiza with its cosmopolita nightlife and beautiful white sandy beaches.

This villa will appeal to those who want to get away from it all and relax in the peaceful countryside yet is only a 10 minute drive to most major towns & beaches.

Traditional countryside villa with larger than usual pool. Very quiet and very private. Amazingly beautiful setting in huge pine trees. Approached by unmade road and rough track passing old vineyards and orange grove. Close to San Antonio but feels pleasantly isolated. Car strongly advised. Very helpful owner who will meet you to help find it (advised). Marked as near Casa Toni Roig on google maps. Large gated grounds. Well equipped. Water very hard. We loved it all If you’re looking for a countryside villa in a quiet location you will too.

Great calm retreat

Toni is a kind and helpful host. The house is very cozy and equipped with all you need for a pleasant stay. And the beautiful pool is the cherry on top. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and hope that we can come back soon.

Beautiful villa.

Absolutely stunning Villa. Toni the owner is so nice and there to help with anything you will need. Villa is quite close to San Antonio but far enough away that is also very peaceful. We loved our holiday here. Thank you Toni.

Wee Gem

Had a wonderful week’s break at this lovely little house which had everything you needed plus the most amazing outside space and fantastic large, private pool. The owner was wonderful and very helpful. Highly recommended. Suitable for smaller groups or small families. Car essential.

Place was great, Toni was great. Photos don’t do pool area justice. Advice if you’re staying here, you will need a car. Taxis get lost or can’t find villa. We used the app taxi click and had no issues getting taxis after that

Very nice quiet villa

Very nice quiet villa in the country side. Spacious property around the villa. Very clean and all comfort available (eg airconditioning, smart TV, well equiped kitchen, spacious bathroom, lot's of chair(bed)s around the pool and in the naja, big BBQ). Very friendly and helpful owner Toni who speaks English well. He gave us good tips and the fridge was filled with a welcome package at arrival. We recommend this place for a full 100%.

Nice place to relax

Spacious property with cicadas that sing you to sleep. Car, here rather a suv is needed. Very good communication with Martin and the owner. I can only recommend it if you want to switch off. Sant Antoni is not that far away. Many thanks for giving us the property beforehand. Thank you Martin for organising it.

The perfect villa for our little family

We loved our time at this villa, it is set in a lovely quiet location surrounded by pines on a spacious non overlooked plot. The villa also made travelling with our toddler a breeze- the covered terrace was the perfect place to shelter from the sunshine and play toys, the shallow steps area at the front of the pool was best place to paddle, and for us it was a treat to relax by the gorgeous pool whilst she napped! I’m sure we will be back - Thank You

What a beautiful villa! Lovely peaceful setting, gorgeous garden and the pool, yes it really is that big! So clean and well maintained. The owner Toni who met us at the property was more than helpful and so welcoming in showing us around and giving advice on restaurants, beaches etc and really helped us when my grandson was unwell by coming to the villa, arranging a doctors appt, coming with us to the appt, translating for us, taking us to the pharmacy and then buying us a coffee on the way back. He really is the most accommodating and lovely man. We felt like we had known him for years. I would not hesitate in recommending this beautiful villa and we will definitely be coming back both for the lovely holiday we had in this gorgeous villa and to see Toni the owner again. Just perfect!

Wonderful villa for a great holiday in Ibiza!

NOTE: We had a much longer review but Vrbo won't let us post any more characters so only some of the review is below! We've added the full review to Google under CASA TONI ROIG. We had a lovely stay in this villa. Some thoughts below: Arrival The villa takes a bit of finding - definitely try and meet Martin (the owner) to bring you to the right place. We tried to do it on our own (and we were almost there) but the road looked too remote in the middle of the night so we turned back! Once you found it and got your bearings, however, it was pretty easy to get back onto the main roads. On the initial arrival at the villa, the views of the pool and the garden are just lovely. It puts you into the holiday mood instantly! The Inside The villa was well laid out inside. There was a sitting room/dining table/kitchen as the main room; a utility room for the fridge and washing facilities; a large bathroom with a good-sized shower and two bedrooms - one double, one two singles. Both bedrooms had good aircon and heavy doors which meant you could keep the rooms much cooler if you wanted to for sleeping. The rest of the house had no aircon so the temperature increase was quite noticeable. We didn't spend a huge amount of time inside anyway (apart from sleeping) as the undercover terrace was lovely to use both day and night. The beds weren't the most comfortable we've ever slept on but not as bad as some we've had in other villas. They were OK, not great. There was plenty of storage - drawers, hangers etc - in both of the rooms. The Outside The pool was awesome - one of the best pools we've had in a villa. Clean, nice and deep and with easy access using wide steps. No rickety ladders or broken tiles here! There were a number of sunbeds, loungers and tables & chairs to sit at and plenty of umbrellas to provide shade. The landscaping was very nice around the pool - bananas, succulents and palms to add a tropical feel. The rest of the grounds were not landscaped so you probably wouldn't spend any time there but, if you do, keep an eye out for lots of cute lizards in the undergrowth! Overall The villa was perfect for what we wanted - peace and quiet, a great pool, good facilities and a great location for exploring the rest of the island. We had a wonderful stay. Highly recommended.

Our Ibiza holiday

Property was exactly as advertised. Location Pin linked to the property was inaccurate and led to us waiting at the incorrect location for the owner. Toni the owner welcomed us and was very helpful. The pool area was lovely and would agree with other visitors comments with regards to the other outside space. Some work improving the surrounding garden would definitely make the outlook from the main bedroom a nicer experience. Location of the property initially feels like it is out of the way but we soon got use to the road in and out. Could not stay here without some form of transport. Overall we had a fantastic holiday and although we visited later in the year we made full use of the lovely pool, even though it was on the cold side.

Heerlijke finca

Het huis ligt een tikkie afgelegen van de hoofdweg, maar heerlijk centraal op het eiland. De Eigenaar is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en de grote tuin en het zwembad zijn super. Hier komen we zeker nog een keer terug!

Nice House with incredible Pool

We stayed there with 4 Adults for one week. Landlord Toni is a very friendly and helpful Person. The outside Area of the House is amazing with a super Pool and places to relax. The house itself has a very good and modern Air Condition. Furniture are not the most modern, but ok. Just the kitchen equipment with e.g. Salad Bowls and so on could be enhanced a little. Overall absolutely recommendable

Schönes nettes Häuschen mit fantastischen pool

Wir waren zehn tage mit unsere kinder in das nettes Häuschen. Empfang durch Toni ging sehr schnell und deutlich, sogar der Kühlschrank war gefühlt. Toni ist sehr hilfsbereit und antwortet auf ein whatssapp sehr schnell, wir hätten Ameisen in der Küche, Toni kam am nächsten Tag vorbei und hat Insektenspray da gelassen. Der Pool war für die Kinder der Hammer, für uns natürlich auch :) Das ehe Bett könnte man vielleicht ersetzen, sie war ein wenig durchgelegen. Im allgemein ist es definitiv ein besuch wert!

Fijne plek met heerlijk zwembad

Heerlijke plek. Het buitenmeubilair kan een kleine update gebruiken, maar fijn zwembad en veel privacy. Alles goed netjes verzorgd en bij vragen meteen reactie. Heel hartelijk ontvangen door de gastvrije eigenaar. Aanrader.

Jolie petite villa au cœur d'ibiza

Super séjour à Ibiza chez Toni! Idéale pour une petite famille, cette villa est idéalement située loin des villes, au calme. sa position centrale fait que tout est accessible en voiture à moins de 30 Minutes. La piscine est super agréable, grande, avec soleil toute la journée. La maison est très bien équipée et tout confort. (notamment Wifi, enceinte bluetooth). Les enfants se sont éclatés aussi (maisonnette, balançoire, trampoline & jeux dans la maison) ps : Location de voiture : on est passés par MotoLuis : loueur Local, très bon rapport qualité prix et loin des loueurs "classiques" aux conditions douteuses.
