Great property

Lovely accommodation, with everything you need, comfy beds and furniture, well equipped kitchen and UK tv. Also a very friendly maid service. Excellent

Very clean and lovely unit. There were some maintenance issues that need to be addressed - BBQ burner valve, stove fan and lights didn't work, rooftop terrace door leaked when raining. Great views from rooftop and mainfloor terraces (even better than on photos)! Of note, bedrooms and bathrooms are all on lowest level down marble stairs from main floor. Good idea to bring slippers. Good location to town and beach (70 stairs down to main street). Construction nextdoor could be distracting when on terrace but hopefully that's short-lived. All-in-all a great month long stay for us.

The location and view were outstanding. The balcony we got #23 was better than the pic as it had a glass wall. In the summer the cool tiles in house would be welcome but in winter warm socks are needed, The kitchen was well stocked with extra condiments. Linens were lovely but the twin beds pushed together did not work well nor the single duvets. The welcome package very overpriced. There was not enough hot water for 2 adults showering back to back. The ensuite shower was too small. The voice on he phone when we called about the no propane barbeque was not pleasant. Check in was seemless.

The unit had lots of room, was clean and well kept. The view from the balconies was very nice.We did not know that the 2 bedrooms and bathrooms were on 1 floor and the kitchen/living room on another. As seniors, we did a lot mre stairs than we anticipated.The washing machine included in the description worked once, then quit. No repair or replacement happened. The TV was a modern flat screen. Early in our stay the satelite signal was lost. Our host attempted to correct this, but gave up after telling us a coleague would be correcting it. We had acces to youtube and Prime. but not news or regular tv programing. As seniors, we don't have a very active night life and do enjoy watching tv with a glass of wine in the evening.

Carvoeiro mysig by i vackert lanskap. Något för ”turistigt” i vår smak, men ok jämfört med andra ort

Perfekt boende, rymligt och med fantastisk utsikt från stor altan. Ingen AC men huset var svalt och skönt ändå. Nära till Carvoeiro centrum och till stranden. Många trappsteg när man ska hem igen, men det var bara nyttigt för vår del.

Sehr unruhige Lage

Wir waren das dritte Mal in einem Haus der Anlage Colina Branca und bisher immer sehr zufrieden. Dieses Mal waren wir im Haus Nr. 22 und da war einiges anders. 1. hat dieses Haus als einziges in der Anlage einen kleineren Balkon ohne Sonnenterasse; Sonne kann man nur auf der Dachterasse geniessen. 2. Liegt das Haus am Ende der Anliegerstraße; daher hört man den Straßenlärm aus der Stadt sehr gut. 3. Liegt das Haus in der Nähe der Zufahrt einer großen Villa mit hoher Gästefluktuation und häufigen Service-Anfahrten. Es war unser bisher lautester Urlaub überhaupt.

Nice appartment with a worderful view

Very nice and well equiped appartment with a worderfull view over Carvoiero and the Atlantic Ocean - The location is close to everything. We loved our stay here, and would not hesitate to rent this appartment for a future holiday in Portugal. Jonna & Torben

Viel Platz, toller Blick; insgesamt saubere Anlage

Die etwas in die Jahre gekommene Einrichtung und die Küchenutensilien könnten eine Erneuerung gebrauchen. Grundsätzlich haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und eine schöne Zeit verbracht. Besonders schön ist der Blick vom Balkon, den wir von morgens bis abends genossen haben. Sehr netter Kontakt zur Vermieterin und Haushaltshilfe, die es möglich machten, dass wir bereits früher anreisen konnten und noch schnell das Appartement gereinigt wurde. Bedauerlich ist, dass man den WLAN-Zugang teuer über Vodafone buchen muss (im Supermarkt); dies könnte auch zum Standard der Wohnung gehören und mit eingepreist werden.
