Fantastic villa in the heart of Versilia

We had a great time at villa Iana. The property is clean, well-appointed, spacious and overall absolutely top notch. It has mosquito screens, a fully stocked kitchen, and a large outdoor space. It’s on a quiet street and very conveniently located to visit Versilia (a 10 min bike ride to the beach and to old town Pietrasanta). The owners went out of their way to make us comfortable and happy, giving us access to their garden and kids toys. They even bought a new bbq for us. I highly recommend this amazing property run by super kind and friendly owners. Grazie!

It was an absolute pleasure to have Marco and his family stay with us in Villa Iana. They were a lovely family who were very respectful of our holiday home and made the most of the surrounding area. We hope to see you again in Pietrasanta.

Piacevole soggiorno

Casa molto grande, comoda e accessoriata. Giardino ampio e ben curato, porticato molto fruibile per cene all'aperto.

Merci

A beautiful clean and modern property with the benefit of having wonderful hosts in Gianfranco who went over and above to help . It benefits to being both near beaches and the town of Pietrasanta. We look forward to coming back!

Beautiful days in beautiful Villa Iana

We spent 12 days in Pietrasanta, Villa Iana. The Villa is surrounded with a pleasant atmosphere: garden, driveway to the house and the terracy from witch there is a impressionable view of the nearby mountains. Villa Iana is spacious and well equipped. The booking runs simply and the hosts are helpful and kind. Beach, parks, the nearby mountains, places like Lucca, Massa, Viareggio, Seravezza, Stazzema ,Camaiore, Pisa can be well reached by car. I would recommend Villa Iana.

Fantastic week in a beautiful villa

We have been holidaying in this area for the last 18 years. It was my eldest daughters 21st birthday and there was only one place she wanted to spend it. We were looking for a special villa and Villa Iana was just perfect. Its by far the best villa we have stayed in. The fixtures and fittings were all of a very high standard and it couldn't be faulted for comfort. There was lots of space and the garden and outside eating area had superb views up to the mountains. The hosts Franco and Romelia couldn't have been more welcoming or helpful. We had some friends visiting the area for the first time and they fell in love with Pietrasanta. Thank you very much Oriana, Franco and Romelia for making me daughter's birthday that much more memorable and we hope it have many more stays with you in the future.

Location, Location, Location - ticks all the boxes

Location, Location, Location… We had a wonderful time at the Villa. Everything was supplied for a really up market self-contained villa, including a very chilled large bottle of local wine. The villa is suited for all weather all conditions – too hot, relax in cool marbled air conditioned lounge or enjoy covered verandah and BBQ dining outside on sultry evening. The lovely gardens and surrounds are beautifully maintained. The caretaker Franco is on hand and very helpful with local knowledge and any other matters. Being based in Pietrasanta gave us access to the beaches, mountains and day-tripping to Pisa, Cinqueterra, Lucca and more. Enjoying the local markets, food and wine is a must. Next time we come we will invite some friends to share as the villa could easily accommodate 3 couples and not be in anyone's way – all bedrooms had their own bathrooms – what luxury! Would highly recommend Villa Iana to everyone!

Spacious well-equipped villa in a beautiful spot

We visited Villa Iana in May half term with our three children aged 15, 13 and 9. We had a brilliant holiday. The villa is in a great location which offers something for everyone. It was a straightforward train journey from Pietrasanta to Florence, and a short drive to Lucca and Pisa. The weather was perfect for us, in the mid 20s, and we could enjoy visiting the beach most days as well as sight seeing. Pietrasanta itself is a beautiful town with a fine square to sit and watch the world go by over a beer or coffee. We drove up in to the mountains behind the town - lovely views. The only thing we missed visiting was the Cinque Terre. Still, it means we'll have to go back some time! Overall, although the area is obviously geared up for tourists, when we were there we saw very few Brits - which was fine by us. It really felt like we'd had an immersion in Italian life and the villa is situated in a very residential area. Villa Iana is stunning and huge! With four double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, our children had a room each, which felt very luxurious. But four couples would be equally comfortable. The view from the garden of the mountains is just lovely. Gianfranco was on hand with lots of information and to help with any queries - he was charming and amusing. Oriana handled the booking which was all very straightforward. We hope to go back some time, and would thoroughly recommend a stay at Villa Iana.

Great environment; very well maintained

It is a great - very spacious location. With three floors and 5 bathrooms, the villa could easily be used for more than 8 people, but our kids had a wonderful time running around. Everything is very well maintained and looks like new; the local owner is very helpful with any request one might have. We mostly enjoyed the quiet, spacious terrace with the stunning view, where we stayed often during the day. The beaches close by were too crowed – probably no surprise in August – but someone also must like the many rental places at the beach. There are other things to do too, like a trip to Cinque Terre or to one of caves in the mountains. After all, we had a very relaxing time and wouldn’t mind being back. However, it was a little challenge to book the villa and getting the money transferred, as the owner holds an account in LB’s only. Keep in mind that transferring EUR to an LB account needs active engagement with the bank (paperwork, not an online transaction?) and requires some additional cost you have to cope with.

Fantastic Villa - Highly Recommended!

We all had an extremely enjoyable stay at the Villa. The villa was spotless and had everything that we needed to make it a holiday to remember. We couldn’t have wished for more friendly and helpful owners that made sure we had everything we needed. We shall be back!! Thanks again.

Villa Iana Review from the Norwegian group

We was a group of 7 people. Friends and family, that had a wonderful stay of 14 days in this beautiful villa. The villa had everything we needed and a beautiful garden, with a nice barbeque area. Here we enjoyd many very good meels. The villa is almost new, very well laid out and totally spotless, a credit to the owners. The villa is in a quiet part of town and there are two very good supermarkets close by. The town of Piensatranta is in walking distance. Nice little town with lots of good restaurants, railway station and bus station, that we used to travel up the coast. A great place for touring Tuscany whether by car or train. We realy enjoyed our stay with the beach, the sun, the area, the villa yes everything. Thank you

A HOLIDAY TO REMEMBER!

Without doubt, this is an exceptionaL holiday villa. The Villa ameneties & cleanliness, together with spacious rooms & a beautiful setting made it outstanding. The old town of Pietrasanta is charming, with a classic Piazza, edged with quality restaurants & bars, overlooked by a Cathedral & Belltower. We decided to use public transport for our holidaday. The villa is situated only 15 mins. walk from the Train & Bus stations. The transport proved to be very efficient, punctual & cheap. There were 8 in our party, ages ranging from 63 to 1 year, & all of us enjoyed it immensely. The hosts were a lovely family who were so helpful. All of this made it a holiday to remember, & I would highly recommend this Villa to anyone.

A great family home

Our group (6 adults, 2 children) had a wonderful holiday in Pietrasanta. The villa is very spacious and luxureous with plenty of bathrooms to ensure privacy for groups or families. It's a wonderful place to return to after a day at the beach or visiting one of the great cities in the area.

Excellent!

We chose this area for holidays as we expected to find the perfect combination of being at the seaside while experiencing the pleasure of Tuscany lifestyle and cuisine – we were not disappointed. Pietrasanta is a gorgeous small town. The beaches are very close and Lucca and Pisa can be reached in 30 minutes. On top, Villa Iana is a beautiful made residence, clean, very well equipped and of high quality. We felt right at home when we arrived and we would love to come back soon.

Beautiful week in Villa Iana

We had a very nice week staying in the Villa Iana. The owners are very helpful with any issue you might encounter. Being there with our children (5month and 2 years) we enjoyed the quite backyard and the barrier free basement. Its a good place to start trips to the beautiful coastel towns. Even it is possible to walk to beach I would recommend having a car or rent one to have the opportunity for some sightseeing in the surrounding areas. I would recommend this holiday home to my friends and family.

Good value luxury

We couldn't have asked for a better home stay. The house is in a nice quiet area of Pietrasanta only a few minutes from the town centre and the beach by car. The owner was very helpful and the house is good value luxury. Although the property is big enough for family reunions but we were just as fine using only using a small part of it. It was great base for exploring Tuscany and for cozy nights in. We cooked evening meals and dined outside under the portico. We look forward to our next longer trip in the region sometime in the future and hopefully the house will be available again for our return :)

Time well spent in Tuscany

This is a beautiful, well maintained and appointed property in a location with so many treasures to discover. A short distance from Pisa, minutes from miles of beaches and easy reach of the Cinque Terre, one of Italy,s hidden secrets. The owners were most helpful and hospitable and I would thoroughly recommend the property, we shall be going again ourselves.

Perfect Pietrasanta

The Villas are beautiful, clean, comfortable and extremely well-maintained. The welcoming owners are on hand to offer advice or deal with any queries. The area has the best of both worlds; sun, sea and sand for those who like to relax by the seafront and dramatic mountain scenery, which can be enjoyed just a short car journey away. To enjoy this area as the Italians do, we recommend hiring bikes. Lots of delicious ice-cream bars, restaurants and supermarkets hearby. An evening walk to the village of Pietrasanta is a must, beautiful art galleries, busy restaurants and lots of Italian families enjoying the cooler evening air. We also recommend a trip up the coast to Lerici - spend the day island hoping, the waters are crystal clear and the scenery breathtaking.

Stunning!

As a group of 15 people we stayed in both Villa Dodi and Iana for 5 days. The pictures on the website does not give the full justice these modern villas deserve. They were clean, modern, secure and most importantly had everything you needed to enjoy a perfect break away. We used the villas as a base for a wedding in Pietrasanta and they were ideally located within a 10 minute walk to the town centre, a 5 minute walk to either supermarket and a 10 minute walk to the train station. Ideally you will need a car to operate out from, the beach being a 5/10 minute drive away, but its a perfect base to travel around Tuscany. The booking process was smooth and easy and on arrival we were met by Gianfranco who was very helpful and explained how everything worked and where everything was located. In our party we had 3 children from the ages of 4 to 1 and the villas were child friendly, ideal as they could watch tv and dvd's in the comfortable lounge area, or play on the lawn. The villas are massive, very big and beautifully decorated, with no corners being cut. The BBQ's are easy to use and the big outside tables, with ample cutlery and serving dishes were ideal for a big BBQ and homemade Italian feast! I would strongly recommend staying in the above Villa's (both identical) and Oriana was a pleasure to deal with. We are thinking about returning at some point next year with the rest of our families to explore more of Tuscany as Florence and Pisa etc etc are only a short drive away. Perfect is a word I would describe these Villa's and they will appeal to everyone, any age! If you are staying in Pietrasanta, look no further!
