The house is completely private and sits on a very large, well-maintained lot. The check-in went perfectly, and we were shown around the entire property. Pio and the gardener were super nice! Pio took care of everything, and the communication was excellent. We felt very comfortable there and would love to come back. Thanks.

We verbleven met twee gezinnen met elk drie kinderen in dit huis. Wat heel fijn is, is dat het huis is ingedeeld als twee appartementen boven met elk veel ruimte: een ‘algemene’ kamer, twee slaapkamers en twee badkamers. Op de begane grond is de vijfde slaapkamer en badkamer. Die hebben we niet gebruikt. Wij hadden dat matras naar boven gehaald en de twee een-persoonsmatrassen verdeeld, zodat drie kinderen op één kamer konden slapen. Een kinder ledikant (60x120cm was ook beschikbaar voor het jongste kind).Één van de paarse slaapkamers heeft alleen een dakraam maar dat openen zorgt dat er allemaal viezigheid naar binnenvalt.De badkamers waren goed maar zouden wel een kleine opknapbeurt mogen krijgen. De vloer van de paarse badkamer wordt erg nat bij gebruik van de douche en de badkamers kunnen wat muf ruiken, vooral die op de begane grond. Alle vertrekken hebben airconditioning wat erg comfortabel is.Het huis heeft een ruime leefkeuken. De gaspitten op de foto zijn nu keramische kookplaten. Er zijn ook twee vaatwassers (al zijn ze wat versleten).Er is veel servies, maar er zouden wat meer glazen en mokken mogen zijn.De ligging is goed, heel privé maar niet te afgelegen. Wel moet je alles met de auto doen (tenzij je zelf fietsen mee hebt) maar dat is vaak zo in Italie.Het zwembad is fijn met een wat minder diep deel en een wat dieper deel. Ook dit zou iets gemoderniseerd kunnen worden. Een grotere stenen rand om het zwembad en stenen of houten vloeHet terrein is enorm.

Great stay in the Toscana!!

Us, a couple of friends, did really enjoy our time here! Everything in the process from check-in to our departure was very well organised. The huge garden and pool area was in a lovely shape. I deeply recommend to stay here.
