Coopers, Gin, Flying Point, Road D and Dune beaches are a quick bike ride or drive away. There are 2 outdoor cameras, one facing the driveway and one facing the pool.

The house is situated on a double wide lot with 12 ft high privets keeping you in an incredibly private setting. July 1st – Labor Day: All stays must begin on a Sunday.

For shorter stays, we do offer limited Sunday to Wednesday/Thursday options, though we strongly prefer a 7-night minimum.

A 5.5% short term rental tax will be collected from all guests prior to check-in and remitted to Suffolk county for stays of less than 30 nights pursuant to the newly enacted 2023 law.
