Southampton House Perfect for Families and Entertaining

Come enjoy this south of the highway home in Southampton set on a gorgeous .7 acre lot in an unbeatable location. Situated in heart of golf country with four world know courses within 4 miles and about 2 miles from the ocean beaches, the location is hard to replicate. You will be within a 1.5 mile walk to the village's Main Street. The 500 sqft covered porch overlooking the gunnite pool is where you will spend most of your summer days and nights. Pool is surrounded by over an over 1000 sq' bluestone patio. Kitchen and family room open up to porch and very deep back yard lot that includes a timber frame barn and children's play set and fire pit. Pool is also surrounded by fence as well as a fenced in back yard so you can feel safe that children can play or for your pets to be safe.

Inside the house has five bedrooms, one down, four up. First floor queen bedroom has own full bath. Upstairs has king master with private full bath and claw foot tub. Other three bedrooms, full, two queens (one with loft also) share the full bath with claw foot tub. All bedrooms and loft have there own TV's. The fully finished 1000 sq ft basement also has full bath and two giant TV's along with ping pong and air hockey table. This is where our kids spend most of the time when indoors. Basement stairwell is open to first floor to feel connected to rest of house. Kitchen includes Viking double oven, 6 burner range along with SubZero Refrigerator as well as undercounter beverage center. Dining room table can seat up to 10 guests. Kitchen is open to living room area with TV and wood burning fireplace.

Great house and location

My family, two teens and wife, all stayed here for three weeks. The house is beautiful - very traditional Hamptons type of house - with a spectacular property and pool. It’s within the village but in a quiet area convenient to everything. Sean is also great property manager and highly responsive…would definitely stay again!

Lovely home

This home is wonderful - great location, fantastic kitchen, perfectly appointed and so comfortable. Upstairs was very clean - the basement could use a deep cleaning though. Very happy and will stay again.

Absolutely fantastic

We adored Sean's house in Southampton. We went for a wedding and were thrilled to have this house as home base. The property is fantastic for little ones with a swing set, pool, and fire pit. It was spacious and had great up to date appliances. We would love to stay again!

Great Hamptons Rental

We loved staying here, the house is very spacious, the outdoor deck, pool, patio are awesome. Plenty of towels, 2 washer/dryer's and the kids enjoyed the ping pong downstairs on the day it rained. Sean is a great host, super communicative and responsive. I made 2 suggestions at the end of our stay and her immediately acted on them! We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay

We had a wonderful two week stay at Sean's property. The backyard was fantastic, and the home itself was perfectly suited for a large family or two families. The basement is a bonus for kids of all ages with air hockey and table tennis. Sean was extremely responsive and helpful. My 6 year old said: "I want this to be our house all the time, because it has everything we need." Can't say I disagree.

Amazing house and weekend

Everything was great thanks to Sean and his beautiful house despite some rain. The house is beautifully appointed and very comfortable, as described, and nicely located close to town. Sean is so gracious and kind! He was very responsive and quick to lend a hand with any tech questions and other questions. We enjoyed nice meals in the beautiful and well equipped kitchen and relaxed in the serene and peaceful surroundings. We enjoyed Southampton Fest that Sean recommended and the other nearby towns of Bridgehampton and East Hampton. The long weekend flew by and I am already looking forward to my next stay! Thank you so much again, Sean!!

Wonderful thanksgiving holiday shared with family from across the US

House is well located in a lovely area of Southhampton just minutes from the village of SH with shops, restaurants and charm galore. We enjoyed visiting the three local towns of East Hampton, Bridgehampton, and Sag Harbor which are all just short distances away and offer a lot as well. The house had plenty of room and areas for both common togetherness or privacy should one desire it. For us, we loved the firepit and a cozy fireside living room while we prepared our Thanksgiving feast. We would love to come back soon.

Family Vacation in Southampton

We had a wonderful few weeks at this beautiful property. There was plenty of space for our family of five and we enjoyed entertaining family and friends. The kids loved the pool and large back yard. The owner was responsive and accommodating. We will definitely be back next summer!

Summer relaxing

Home away from Home

This property had such a great feel! So comfortable - bedrooms and furniture. We all slept like babies. Lovely pool, private backyard is great. Well stocked (even spices for cooking) and plush linens. We will be back.

Great place

We stayed off-season so didn’t get the full awesomeness of the house, but it was still pretty great. My only pro-tip to future guests - delivery people have a bear of a time finding the house. There is a Bishops Lane, a North Bishops Lane and a Bishops Court. If you order something, be extra specific with your delivery service.

Great family home

We enjoyed the last few days of the year at this beautiful home. The kitchen/dining room/family room area is well-designed for cooking and entertaining. There is plenty of bedroom and living space for a large group. Communication was very easy, Sean was quick to respond to any questions.

Great getaway

Well laid out house for large, multiple families. Lots of spaces for games, reading books, air hockey and ping pong( huge hit for adults and kids). Great location close to hiking (Quague wildlife refuge) ice skating rink, grocery stores!! Very nice town with nice shops to browse and shop in. Also enjoyed the huge fire pit and Adirondack chairs in the huge background!! Will definitely be back in the summer to enjoy pool and beaches!! Owner very quick to respond with any ? Thanks Sean!

Great Summer Escape

My family (5 adults ages 40-75) and 3 kids ( ages 2,4,5) spent a lovely 2 weeks out at the house. Location was great, a short drive to the beaches and close to all the restaurants & downtown Southampton. Kids had a blast with the pool and firepit. Sean was readily available whenever we had questions and quick to help with any issues we had (eg. my children mistakenly turning off the gas in the house). We also loved the speakers both inside and out on the patio! Would certainly come back! Thanks again Sean!

Amazing trip

This was our second time at the house and it’s such a wonderful experience. We have two young kids (both under three) and the set up is ideal. The backyard is safe and fun. Location is perfect - less than ten minutes to the beach and about a five minute drive to town. Will def return! As a side note, Sean is super responsive. We unintentionally locked ourselves out of the house and Sean came over in less than two minutes - unbelievable!
