This 1 bedroom ground floor apartment is situated in the heart of Benalmadena and is only a minutes walk from the beach. The secure gated complex offers a pool with a separate kids pool, which is easily accessibly from the apartment by going through the glass doors opposite the apartment and out onto the grassed pool area. From here you have a view of the sea and the beach, which can be accessed through the complex gate, down onto the promenade.

There is a well equipped American diner style kitchen. Leading from the kitchen is the dining/lounge area which offers a high dining table & chairs, a leather sofa & a 50" smart TV where you can log onto your favourite apps for TV, music and games through the free WIFI. Leading off from the lounge is the terrace with a further dining area. The bedroom benefits from a king sized bed, fitted wardrobes & a 32" smart TV. the shower room is located next to the bedroom. Aircon is available in the kitchen/lounge area and the bedroom.

Overall nice place to stay

Although the apartment overall was clean (except for the sofa which had lots of stains but covered with a blanket) the place needs a lick of paint. Some of the walls were dirty. Having said that it’s in a great location and we enjoyed our stay. Pool area nice but no chairs or sun beds and none provided with the apartment.
