Our host Cher was excellent from check in to check out. She met us at the place and showed us all the things we needed to know. The place was very clean and well stocked from a kitchen perspective. The location could not be better for a quiet residence that is in a perfect setting for access to beach, restaurants, walkway, parks and grocery store. We had a rental vehicle but really did not need it given the proximity and excellent local transportation. A very nice stay with an excellent host - we will be back.

Our host was excellent, responded efficiently and promptly when requested but otherwise left us alone to enjoy our holiday. Location with direct access to the promenade was fantastic. We did not think that the kitchen was particularly well equipped, nor was the furniture very comfortable. More suitable for a couple of weeks stay than the longer time that we were there for.

Our stay at Cher's apartment was absolutely wonderful. It is perfectly located in the heart of Benalmádena, offering easy beach access and truly breathtaking views of the Mediterranean, along with the charming terracotta rooftops of the surrounding Spanish homes.The apartment itself exceeded our expectations. It has convenient, secure, direct street access and is spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean. Every essential was thoughtfully provided, including bath towels, beach towels, five beach chairs, and pool noodles, making pool days effortless and enjoyable.The beds were very comfortable, the a/c worked perfectly, the pool was perfect and the fully equipped kitchen had everything we needed. We also appreciated the newer smart TVs, which allowed us to easily sign into Netflix or Prime and enjoy our favorite shows without needing any additional devices or cables. The location was ideal for exploring the area. There are several Mercadona grocery stores within a 5 to 10-minute drive, or about a 15 to 20-minute uphill walk for those who don't mind a bit of exercise. The condo is also conveniently located about 20 minutes from Plaza Mayor and McArthurGlen Designer Outlet Málaga, and approximately 25 minutes from Málaga's city center.What stood out most was how quiet, safe, and relaxing the property was. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, and Cher was an exceptionally responsive, friendly, and helpful host throughout our stay.

This listing’s details and features, as listed, are spot on. The property is positioned perfectly for easy, private access to waterfront promenade, and offers direct access to numerous bars, restaurants and the marina with an easy 15 minute walk. We walked both to & from marina day & night without any apprehension, as the promenade is well lit and busy. The condo itself is clean bright and so welcoming with outstanding outdoor space. Late afternoon sun enables sunbathing from terrace. Condo’s appointments fulfilled basic necessities with well equipped kitchen and 2 fully functioning bathrooms and plenty of storage in bedrooms. The property felt safe and was easily accessible from street and promenade. Finally, Cher was fantastic! Beginning with a warm welcome and thorough property tour, we felt comfortable working with her from the outset. She was readily available and responsive to our few inquiries when needing instructions for condo use and basic questions, along with generous input about a couple restaurants and even local transportation. I sincerely can’t properly express the degree of our satisfaction with every aspect of our stay. We would definitely return to this perfectly that is strategically placed approximately 1/2 way between Malaga & Marbella with multiple transportation options right out the front door. Férias impecáveis

O apartamento está de acordo com as fotos e com uma localização fantástica. Tem estacionamento privativo no interior e seguro. De um lado acesso directo a avenida principal com bares e restaurante e do outro lado do condomínio acesso directo ao passeio marítimo e praia. Fantástico para famílias e muito seguro ! A piscina pequena para os pequeninos é a cereja no topo do bolo! Experiência a repetir! Muito obrigado aos anfitriões,
