Restaurant onsite with live music and petrol station near. Ideal location. Everything was clean, pool was great and communication with owner was superb. Would stop again. Davide was brilliant, giving us travel ideas and hints. Could not recommend this venue and host enough.

Nous avons passé un super séjour à Pistoia dans cette charmante maison, où nous avions tout ce qu'il nous fallait : fraicheur grâce aux Appenins ( les 20 minutes de montée vers le gite depuis Pistoia permettent aussi de perdre 6 à 8 degrés! Un luxe en été ! Les nuits y sont fraiches même en periode de canicule ! ), piscine, riviere, salin de jardin exterieur, très bonne literie. Davide et son père sont des hôtes attentifs et tres gentils, et se sont bien occupés de nous. Notre semaine familliale a été super reposante et enrichissante, car Florence, Lucca, Pise et Vinci sont assez proches. U grand merci!

Très belle maison, agréable à vivre.Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’espace, les grandes chambres avec salle de bain individuelle, l’extérieur et les nuits suffisamment fraîches pour bien dormir.L’équipement était très satisfaisant également pour cuisiner Elle est plutôt bien située pour découvrir la région, avec des routes de montagne car un peu en altitude, mais plutôt faciles pour la conduite. Les propriétaires ont été présents et réactifs.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine. La location était parfaite pour une famille de 11 personnes avec ses 5 chambres (dont une en mezzanine au-dessus de la cuisine où le frigo faisait du bruit la nuit) et ses 5 salles de bains très appréciable pour partir à l heure pour les visites. Nous avons pu profiter du jardin avec la piscine, la table de ping-pong et le bbq. Davide a été de très bons conseils pour les excursions et très disponible tout au long du séjour.

Tolles Objekt, kommen wieder

Beginnend von der freundlichen Begrüßung durch Davide , der Vermieter, haben er und sein Vater uns mit Tipps und bei Fragen super betreut. Wir waren als Familie ( 11 Personen) im Haus und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Haben gleich für nächstes Jahr gebucht. Nochmals vielen Dank an Davide und seinen Vater.

Superb location, excellent accommodation, delightful, helpful & thoughtful managers

Location We were concerned that we would be too hot in August but the climate in the mountains was perfect. As well as days by the pool & building rafts on the stream right behind the accommodation; we had day trips to towns, cities & the beach. Walks in the forest were enjoyed by everyone, you can walk through the forest to the local town with an excellent butchers, café & mini market as well as a bakers & pizzeria. Evenings were cooler which meant that sleeping was not a problem. Accommodation There were 4 rooms/suites on the first floor, each very well equipped and self-contained with kitchens/kitchenettes & bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable and with all bedding & towels included it was very convenient. We stayed for 2 weeks & mid-stay our rooms were cleaned with all towels & linen changed. The 4 rooms have been rented out individually in the past (hotel style) so the only thing missing is an indoor communal area, the listing doesn’t state that there is one so it was our mistake to assume there would be a living room we could all congregate in. However, for the available accommodation the price was more than reasonable & reflective of the lack of additional living area (had this been included I expect the price would have been a lot more) so no complaints! We mainly used the room with the largest kitchen to eat & congregate in, it was a bit of a squeeze for our party to get round the table (there were 11 of us). However, the outdoor space is lovely with plenty of room, tables, chairs & loungers we had an extra 7 family members visit us one afternoon for a BBQ & it was perfect. There is also a washing machine which was an added bonus. Owners Davide and his father were the loveliest hosts, they met us at the property despite our late flight, they even thoughtfully had a bag of food for breakfast in their car for us in case we hadn’t managed to get anything (which we hadn’t !). They gave us lots of information, maps & leaflets about the local area and made it easy for us to contact them during our stay. Two of our children were supposed to be sharing a sofa bed but kept annoying each other so we made up a separate bed for the smallest one on a lilo. On the day our bedding was changed (without being asked) they found a put up bed which they made up instead which was much appreciated. At the end of our stay no one was taking the accommodation that day so they were happy for us to check out late which was very convenient.

Absolutely perfect !

We really appreciated our stay at the locanda. After visiting numerous Tuscany historical sites (all of them easily reachable from there) by hot summer days, we were happy to return every evening to the fresh air of the Appennines enjoying the swimming pool and relaxing on a green lawn with beautiful mountain scenery in the background. The property is very clean and decorated with a lot of taste. The owners are charming and give you any necessary information to make your stay really enjoyable. Pistoia with some nice old villages around was interesting to visit as well. We were also glad to discover a number of good restaurants near the property and in the Pistoia area. The locanda is certainly the place to come back to when visiting Tuscany next time. Anna, France

"Studio très bien aménagé...

"Studio très bien aménagé avec goût. Chaud en journée quand même mais les nuits sont fraîches. Propriétaires très accueillants et à l''écoute. L''eau de la piscine est un peu froide à cause de l''altitude en montagne. Grand parking et très bon restaurant. Seul bémol, route sinueuse pour se rendre à Pistoia ou ailleurs. A recommander."

"Un peu éloigné de Pistoi...

"Un peu éloigné de Pistoia car la route est plus sinueuse que l''on peut le voir sur la carte routière. Un peu en altitude : il fait donc entre 10 et 12° de moins qu''en plaine à Pistoia. Sinon c''est très propre. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour et notre location."

Pour lexactitude, les températures de notre vallée (650 m. daltitude) sont en général entre 6 et 7 degrés inferieurs à celles de la ville de Pistoia, très appréciable en été.
