About this property

The Coach House 5*, Private Hot tub, Derbyshire Dales/Peak District.

Nestled on the Derbyshire Dales, bordering The Peak District , just six miles south of the pretty town of Ashbourne sits The Coach House. This stunning single storey, easy access cottage is equipped with super-fast broadband, a cinema lounge, master bedroom with en-suite shower room, and second bedroom with adjacent disabled access wet room.

With luxurious beds that can be configured as 6 foot Super-King or singles as preferred, you can be assured of a good night sleep when you retire.

Situated on a plot that enjoys far reaching views of idyllic countryside, the property is just a 10 minute drive from The Peak District National Park with everything it has to offer in one direction, and Alton Towers for thrill seekers, the same journey time in the other.

The cottage can be also booked in conjunction with its two neighbouring cottages; The Wood Shed and The Den, both of which accommodate two people and are again 5* rated.

This award winning cottage can be found on a country lane whilst approaching the village of Roston. A private driveway opens onto ample parking and a shared front lawned area, with a hammock, picnic bench, and rural views.

Step into the impressive hallway then on to the spacious lounge with cinema size tv and sound bar at one end, and long range views from the French doors that open onto the deck area at the other. Relax into the comfortable sofas and enjoy a movie on Netflix, or just rest and enjoy the glow from the flame effect, electric stove.

The fully equipped kitchen diner boasts the essential appliances you'll need for a self-catered stay, whilst dining can also be enjoyed outside on your own private deck area, maybe after having cooked a steak on the triple burner BBQ, whilst taking in the amazing views.

Later, what could be better than enjoying a glass of something whilst unwinding in the covered Rotospa hot tub*, looking out to the stars as you reflect upon the day you’ve enjoyed.

When sleep calls, head to the attractive bedrooms with their sumptuous super-king-size beds, or singles as you prefer, all pocket sprung and super-comfy. Blinds and curtains create a complete blackout, providing for a good nights sleep.

All single-storey and easy for disabled access. Facilities include: four Smart TV’s (one cinema sized), electric flame effect stove, electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, air fryer, coffee machine, fridge with icebox, dishwasher, washer-dryer, ironing board & iron. Bedrooms have hairdryers.
