Fantastic Villa with own swimming pool & air-con, the whole family or group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located but quiet place.
Close to shops, Supermarkets, restaurants, Marina, Old Town, Golf and the beautiful beaches.
The space
Relax on sun lounges around the large modern patio or take a swim in the private sparkling blue, swimming pool. Then use the Webber BBQ and eat around the outdoor patio furniture. This area is covered.

From the patio area you walk into a spacious, modern open plan lounge/ dining room with ceiling fan, which has a smart TV with Netflix and Amazon leading onto the large fully equipped Kitchen
Adjacent to the kitchen is a corridor where you will find a laundry/Utility room which is home to the washing machine and also has a toilet and sink,
Leading through a back door you will find another patio/balcony where you can sit and enjoy a lovely view over the hills and enjoy the afternoon sun.

Upstairs are 3 large bedrooms all with ceiling fans and air-con, 1x ensuite shower room and 1 x family bathroom with a bath and shower.
The Master bedroom with King size bed, at the front of the property has a lovely sunny balcony with a couple comfy chairs to enjoy the view and the sunshine. This bedroom has its own ensuite, air-con, desk/dressing table and chair plus fully fitted wardrobes and a TV.
Bedroom 2 with a Double bed, air-con, fully fitted wardrobes, Desk/dressing table and chair, TV and a balcony with a small table and chairs at the back of the property with views over the hills. This bedroom is adjacent to the main family bathroom.
Bedroom 3 is at the front of the property, has air-con and 2 x single beds and a wardrobe.
The villa is perfect for families and also groups of friends with everything you need to enjoy a perfect holiday
Guest access
The entire villa and pool is all yours. The pool is 4 m x 7 m. There are 6x sun loungers and also 2 large umbrellas. All beach/pool towels are provided

NOTE: This is a fully licensed property and we are subject to periodic inspections. We are required by Portuguese law to register all our guests with SEF (Servico de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras). To facilitate this process we will need all our guests to provide us with a copy of their passports

Exceeded our expectations!

We absolutely loved our stay at Tom and Victoria’s beautiful home. It is walking distance to everything, quiet neighborhood, easy to park, spacious and clean! The outdoor area had everything we needed to enjoy our time in between our excursions. Our hosts were responsive and very pleasant to engage with. I highly recommend staying here with a group of friends!

Beautiful, spacious, great location - about 15 minutes walk to the main town, 20 mins walk to the beach. The pool is amazing. We as a family of six had plenty of room, three big bathrooms plus an Additional toilet. the welcome pack was a lovely surprise, our hosts were on hand quickly for any queries. Lidl is 5 mins. I would highly recommend.
