An excellent villa in a quiet residential setting, lovely pool and well equipped kitchen. Beds comfortable. A 7 minute walk to a well equipped supermarket and 15 minute walk into the main area, ( there is a short cut evident from Villa if you turn right)

An exceptional villa with excellent facilities in an ideal location. 10-15 min walk into Alvor via a short cut (turning right out of the gate). Well appointed bedrooms, bathrooms and living/dining area. Quality newly fitted kitchen. Great outside area with garden, pool (heated option) and BBQ with plenty of space. Good comms with the host who was extremely welcoming and helpful. We have stayed in a few villas in the area over the years and would definitively return to this one in the future. Highly recommended.

Lovely stay in this villa, clean and comfortable. A new kitchen had just been installed, which was a nice surprise. The outside area was lovely with many areas to relax, the pool was excellent and clean, in our two-week stay, we had a pool person visit once a week to clean and hoover the pool. The villa is about a 20 to 25 minute walk into the centre of Alvor and is close to a really good supermarket (Pingo Doce). Ubers are plentiful and cost between 4 and 6 into the centre of Alvor.

Check in was easy, smooth and very simply instructed, the villa was very clean and laid out lovely, had everything we needed, pool was warm and inviting, new kitchen impeccable, we had a great stay only slight moan was the walk to the main town was slightly longer than anticipated unless I'm just a slow walker but there are some lovely restaurants a very short walk around 5-10mins the main strip 20-25 mins walk. Air conditioning was great in 2 of the rooms the other has a fan supplied, lovely large fridge, wine cooler, washing machine and lots of space to enjoy outside, lovely seating areas and clothes drying lines on the roof. Would definitely stay again.

We had an amazing holiday and we can’t wait to return. The villa was very clean, lovely homely feel, well equipped and a quiet location but only 20 min walk to restaurants. The outdoor space was wonderful, great size pool and good BBQ area. The communication from Gerard before and during our stay was excellent – completely recommend

Check in was good as directed by owner, good selection of cutlery, pans and cups/plates, good access to wi-fi and range. 15 minutes walk to centre and Pingo dolce supermarket which have a great variety of groceries. Nice pool but slopes down very quickly to deep end little daunting for poor swimmers. Overall a nice place to stay.

Lovely Private Villa in Alvor - Central Algarve

Lovely quiet villa in excellent location. Not overlooked by either neighbour. Very quiet area. Easy travel to Portimão, Lagos and Praia De Luz. Beautiful beaches and lots of boat trips available. The dolphin sight seeing trip was fantastic. Gerard was a great host, immediately available to talk to. Highly recommended.

the property was fine for our needs, we were a party of 6 ( 4 adults and 2 children aged 3 and 5) . We liked the single storey layout as this was easier with the children however we did not use the fourth bedroom with bunk beds for them as the room had to be accessed through the kitchen and laundry room and was too far away from the other bedrooms so the children slept in with their dad. The back garden was very good with privacy, great pool ( used by the children a lot) ) and adequate shade. The towels and bedding could do with a refresh.Very good location for the property being within 10 minutes walk to a very good supermarket. Access to the town and beach was within walking distance however we used Ubers for going to those locations as it would have been too far for the children to walk both ways.
