Romantic private pool villa, 3 minutes from the beach, stunning sea view

New, luxurious Villa Delore is built and decorated with a lot of care. It provides privacy, plenty of living space, and comfort.
It is located in a small fisherman town just a few minutes away from the beaches.

All the rooms are air conditioned and wide windows let the sun light in.
Beds are new and most relaxing. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the living room is spacious, with comfy sofas. Flat-rate WiFi is available.

Outside covered terrace has an open barbecue, with outside furniture provided.
Sunbeds and the large pool are all surrounded by green nature, birds, and small stone walls. Of course, the sea view from the vicinity of the villa is spectacular, and one of the most specific in Istria.

Peaceful escape

Fantastic hosts and a lovely villa located in a very quiet village. There are plenty of walking routes and some nearby restaurants meaning you can get away from it all, but still be close enough to things you need.

Great Istrian property in a superb location

A well appointed villa situated in a small village convenient for beaches, visiting local towns and nearby restaurants. Easily accessible from airport. Hosts very welcoming and nothing too much trouble. Excellent welcome hamper - best we’ve ever had. Lovely pool and outdoor seating area. Highlights of our stay visiting Pula,Porec,Labin, Pazin and two boat trips (one very local from Krnica was excellent). Several interesting local beaches within 5-10 minute drive which would definitely recommend, and hosts gave very helpful suggestions both about these and local restaurants. Had a fantastic holiday plenty for two teenagers to enjoy as well.

Lovely villa in a village setting, great views.

We stayed at this lovely Villa for two weeks. It is well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owners met us on arrival with an overview of the villa and provided information for what to do and see in the area and further afield. The villa was spotlessly clean and as we had flown in, we were provided with a few basics to get us going in the kitchen which was very welcome and aided our settling in quickly. The pool was lovely and well used by us throughout our stay and the view across the bay from poolside was beautiful. The villa is in a quiet location which suited us perfectly. A car is needed for Istria in general if you are not in a main town. We visited Pula, Rovinj, Pazin (for the zipline) and Labin with ease, the road network is very good. We stayed off the toll road and got to see alot of stunning countryside. There is a small well stocked shop in Krnica a few minutes away for the odd bits and another small shop in Rakalj itself. The main supermarkets are on the outskirts of Pula or we visited Lidl in Labin - the prettiest drive we've ever done for a supermarket. There is also a nice bakery in Krnica as well as 3 restuarants. Luna restaurant on the main road is well worth a visit, the food and service was excellent. We also took a boat excursion from Krnica port, spending the day cruising the Rasa bay/channel, a fantastic day with stop offs for swims at quiet bays and lunch. A great villa in a lovely location and for us, a good base for exploring the Southern half of Istria.

Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das haus ist schön, der Pool passt, nur das Meer ist nicht wirklich zu sehen. Dafür ist die Umgebung sehr schön. Es gibt viele schöne, kleine Buchten. Unsere Empfehlung: Krnički porat.

Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit. Das Haus ist sauber und in sehr gutem Zustand. Der Pool ist groß und wird wöchentlich gereinigt. Die Gastgeber wohnen in unmittelbarer Nähe und stehen jederzeit bei Fragen zur Verfügung. Das Meer ist nur wenige Autominuten entfernt. Wir kommen wieder. Vielen Dank!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in der Villa! Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich herzlich, haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns alles genau gezeigt. Alles entsprach exakt den Bildern und Beschreibungen – die Villa war blitzsauber, sehr gepflegt und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Die Küche war komplett eingerichtet, sodass man problemlos selbst kochen konnte. Besonders begeistert hat uns der wunderschöne Außenbereich mit gemütlicher Sitzecke und dem herrlichen Pool. Der Ausblick in die Berge sowie hinunter zur Bucht und zum Meer war traumhaft.Die Lage der Villa ist ebenfalls ideal: In wenigen Minuten erreicht man wunderschöne Strände, die nicht überfüllt sind und an denen man immer problemlos Parkplätze findet. Das Meer ist glasklar und sehr sauber. Ganz in der Nähe gibt es außerdem einen kleinen Ort mit einigen gemütlichen Lokalen, die wir alle weiterempfehlen können. Ein Supermarkt direkt im Ort bietet alles Nötige für den täglichen Bedarf.Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder.Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit bei Ihnen.

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus, wir haben den Urlaub so richtig genossen. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig und komplett, vom Geschirrtuch bis zur Spülmaschine, von 2 Top-Bäder zuzüglich separater Toilette bis zum Pool inkl. Badetücher, von angenehmen Betten bis hin zu Moskitonetzen (die aber gar nicht notwendig waren) an den Fenstern. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und haben uns herzlich empfangen. Besonders angenehm war der gefüllte Kühlschrank mit angenehmen Leckereien - danke dafür. Wir können die Gastgeber und das Ferienhaus in jeder Hinsicht weiterempfehlen!

Für uns hat alles gepasst. Was man wissen sollte: - Meerblick gibt es nur auf der äußersten Ecke des Pooles.- Der sehr schöne Luka Beach ist nur fußläufig zu erreichen und die Wege dorthin sind sehr steinig und für Kleinkinder mit Kinderwagen ungeeignet.Hier kann man aber ein Wassertaxi nutzen.- Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe sind nur sehr eingeschränkt und die Preise meist teurer als in D.- Es gibt ein Restaurent im Ort und drei im Nachbarort - sehr zu empfehlen is das Da

Unsere Ferienwoche in der Villa Delore war perfekt! Das Haus ist in einer ruhigen Lage, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Toller Ausblick und einen besonderen Strand sehr Nahe (Auto empfiehlt sich).Wir haben Ausflüge nach Pula, Medulin und Poreč gemacht.Die restliche Zeit haben wir im Haus beim Pool geniessen können.Wir wurden sehr freundlich willkommen geheissen, mit grosszügigem Essenspaket: dies hat uns sehr gefreut und ust nicht selbstverständlich.Das Haus ist perfekt sauber und die Zimmer sind toll. Wir waren zu 4. mit zwei Teenagern und haben die 3 Zimmer alle genutzt.Der Pool ist schön und gross, es hat genügend Liegen.Auch den überdachten Aussensitzplatz haben wir oft genutzt.Es gibt nur eine winzige Kleinigkeit die uns gefehlt hat; Kissen für die Stühle beim Sitzplatz wären super gewesen.Vielen Dank an Loredana und Renato, es war genial, und herzlichen Dank für das tolle Abschiedsgeschenk . Tolles Haus

Am Haus und am Vermieter gab es nichts auszusetzen. Auch der Pool war toll. Die Lage war aber nicht so toll. Man muss eigentlich immer mindestens 20 Minuten mit dem Auto fahren, um einzukaufen oder an einen guten Strand zu kommen. Wenn man es sehr ruhig mag, ist es perfekt.

Wohltuender Ort

Meine Frau und ich waren zum ersten Mal in Kroatien/Istrien. Der Empfang durch die Gastgeber war warm und herzlich und durch unsere späte Anreise war gleich ein troubleshooting notwendig und wir wurden des nachts vorbildlich ans Haus gelotst und sogar Essen und Getränke waren vorausschauend eingekauft. Die Villa übertraf unsere Erwartungen und wir haben die ruhige Lage, Ausstattung und den Pool über die Maßen genossen. Das Areal bietet reichlich Raum, Auslauf und Musewinkel. Der geschützt liegende Pool war eine tägliche Freude. Rakalj ist noch sehr ursprünglich und übersichtlich, der hightourism weit entfernt. Wecken lassen kann man sich durch den benachbarten Hahn, mitunter beweiden Ziegen das naturbelassene Nachbargelände. Romantisch und beschaulich. Und der Blick vom Pool reicht über Tal und Wald bis in den ruhigen und geschützten Meeresfjörd, wo man schwimmen und sehr gut Fisch essen kann. Auch der Abschied zur Vermieterfamilie war herzlich, die uns im übrigen auch gestattet haben unser vollelektrisches Auto an der Steckdose unkompliziert zu laden. Wir sind so wohl erholt, dass wir gerne in diese schöne Landhausvilla zurückkehren wollen.

Einfach nur Traumhaft

Da hat sich die lange Anreise gelohnt. Pure Erholung, schon alleine der Pool. Ganz ruhig gelegen und trotzdem alles was man braucht. Können wir nur weiterempfehlen. Vermieter super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wohnen direkt nebenan, aber halten sich im Hintergrund. Man selbst kann aber jederzeit anschellen.

Tolle Lage, toller Pool, super Haus und mega Aussicht

Bei Ankunft wurden wir von Loredana und Renato sehr freundlich empfangen. Sie wohnen im Nebenhaus und waren nur zur Begrüßung und zur Verabschiedung bei uns. Ansonsten haben wir sie in zwei Wochen nur winkend auf der Terrasse gesehen, wenn wir mit dem Auto vorbeigefahren sind. Zur Begrüßung gab es Gastgeschenke "für den ersten Hunger und Durst": Kekse, Käse, Wurst, Brot, Wein und Bier (schon gekühlt). Selbst bei der Verabschiedung wurde uns eine Flasche Likör überreicht. Während unseres Aufenthaltes haben wir uns in dem sehr sauberen Haus ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt. Der Pool wurde zweimal pro Woche von einer Firma gereinigt und war immer sehr sauber. Von den Sonnenliegen am Pool aus kann man in der Entfernung einen Ausläufer der Adria sehen, mega Fernsicht. Oberhalb des Hauses ist eine große Weide (ab und zu mit Schafen). Pula ist mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen und ca. 25 Minuten entfernt. Tagsüber hört man sehr laut die Zikaden in den Bäumen, aber das gehört in Kroatien dazu! Im Haus ist zwar nicht in jedem Raum eine Klimaanlage, aber die Kühlung funktioniert trotzdem gut. Eine Klimaanlage ist im Wohn-/Küchen-/Essbereich und eine im Flur vor den Schlafzimmern. Es war das sauberste Haus, in dem wir je Urlaub gemacht haben, und es gab ausreichend Handtücher und für jede Woche frische Bettwäsche. Zuletzt noch ein Tipp: Die Pizzeria "Jeanette" in Krnica ist super, mega Pizza und das beste Cevapcici.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Wir hatten erholsame zwei Wochen in diesem Haus. Tolle, sehr freundliche Vermieter. Bemerkenswert war auch dass bei unserer Ankunft Lebensmittel wie Wurst, Käse, Wein, Saft, Brot und Kekse bereit gestellt waren. Auch zum Abschied gab es ein Geschenk. Vielen lieben Dank nochmal, das hatten wir so noch nie. Das Haus war perfekt für uns, sehr sauber, tolle Zimmer, noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Auch der Pool war perfekt. Den einzigen kleinen Kritikpunkt den wir hatten, war, dass für unser Empfinden die Handtücher und die Wäsche etwas nach Zigarettenrauch gerochen haben. Da wir alle Nichtraucher sind, ist uns das aufgefallen. Aber alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Sehr schönes Haus mit Pool

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem freundlichen Empfang. Haus war sehr sauber und groß genug für uns alle. Wir waren mit 2 Familien dort,jeder hat eigene Badezimmer gehabt. Haus voll ausgestattet mann finden dort alles was man braucht. Pool ist immer sauber und wir 2 mal die woche von Firma bereinigt. War großzügig von Besitzer das die für uns für paar Tage alles notwendig eingekauft. Sehr nett großes Dankeschön. Wir werden weiter empfehlen. Wir waren erste Woche September war richtig heiß.
