Bright, pleasant and close to everything. Ideal for couples, families, telecommuting

Hi! Let me show you my apartment :D This is my second home, and it’s in a great location. In less than 5 minutes on foot, you’ll be at Puerto Beach, restaurants, shops, a pharmacy, and supermarkets.... It’s very pleasant, with views of the lighthouse, all exterior-facing, and a terrace where you can relax even more.<br>It has 3 bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with twin beds, and one with a single bed—suitable for a child).<br>It’s spacious and uncluttered. It’s not new, but it’s in good condition. Stroller-friendly and suitable for families with babies.<br>I hope you like it, and of course, I’m here if you have any questions!<br>The listing<br>The apartment is located 50 metres from the boardwalk and 75 metres from the beach. That means it’s less than 5 minutes from the beach and the harbour area, which is full of atmosphere, restaurants, cafes, and shops...<br>I’ll be sure to share some of my top recommendations with you!
