About this property

Fantastic Value!! House Next to Golf Course

The villa is about 70 square metres internal size and has all modern amenities including "wifi" and English TV. It is open plan in the main living area and is fully furnished with linen and towels provided. There is a front terrace with great views and an enclosed rear terrace ideal for drying washing etc. There is an outside staircase leading to the roof terrace with spectacular views of the surrounding mountains, also there is a built in BBQ and outside furniture. Less than 5 minutes drive is Camposol golf resort with 18 hole course, club house and hotel with spa facilities. 7 mins from the villa are the main shops, bars, restaurants etc. Camposol village is near a new trunk road with easy access to the motorway system.
Please note; Spain can have a very dusty climate and also has extremes of hot and cold, sometime this means that dust can get in the house and make it appear slightly dirty or have a slightly musty smell please be assured that the house is cleaned thoroughly after every guest stay , but we can't do anything about the weather !

Keith is a great host and assisted us promptly when we had questions/queries. It a great dog friendly place to stay very close to fantastic dog walks and a short car ride to facilities and the port of Mzarron/Bolneuvo - it’s ideally positioned to visit the region of Murcia. would definitely recommend as a dog friendly place to stay. Keiths Place

Keiths villa is located in a quiet spot. The villa has lovely views from the roof top. If you visit at the right time of year it has the most amazing orange tree. Very relaxing.

We found the holiday all as described with everything we needed for our stay, it was exactly what we expected unfortunately the weather was absolutely terrible so we did not get to use the outside area. We would stay again

Spacious bungalow with roof terrace, well placed for dogs.

Surprisingly roomy, simply furnished property at very end of Camposol facing hilly desertlike countryside with full freedom for our dogs to run and for us to walk kms. Patios a little small but large roof terrace excellent. Very good for warm sunshine in winter. Within easy reach of towns, Murcia, Cartegena, Mulla etc, mountains and beach. Good supermarket, restaurants etc in Camposol itself at about 4 km. Eat fab fish and chips at The Old Market Tavern in El Puerto!

Been here before and the place was spotless but think the cleaner forgot go this time. Had to clean before unpacking. All outside areas grubby and untidy. Very disappointed this time. Hope the cleaner returns soon.

It was a budget stay for only 3 days so didn’t expect it to be 5 star. But the worst thing for us what it was so ridiculously hot in the property, the ceiling fans where slow so didn’t work well, there was one portable fan that didn’t work. Luckily we were able to borrow a fan from family, we didn’t spend much time in there but sleeping was tough. The property needs work its very tired, on the whole it was clean but the kitchen utensils pots and pans etc were not clean. The roof top needed a good clean too. Was unable to get the tv to work Location worked for us, a car is definitely needed

Un coin de bout du monde

La maison est très agréable. C'est la deuxième fois que nous y venons.La propriétaire est sans doute une personne généreuse qui mets beaucoup de choses à notre disposition.Il ne manque que la climatisation.L'environnement est paisible et d'une beauté particulière. L'inconvénient c'est que les plages sont loin. Nous avons passé beaucoup de temps en trajets.

Amazing stay!

Maison agréable, cuisine ok, ventilateurs sauveurs de situation et la vue depuis la terrasse du toit était superbe, surtout de nuit ! La petite terrasse d'en bas était parfaite pour se rafraîchir parés la mer, la plage de Bahia était superbe et hyper agréable, facile a rejoindre, nous avons adoré notre séjour !

I live In Marchwood near the New Forest with my Chinese wife who is an artist and I have a small Landscaping business. I feel strongly about local affairs so I am also a parish councillor . Although I live in a beautiful part of the world I love the warmth of Spain. I am quite happy to share my holiday home as I feel good about others enjoying that part of Spain as much as I do.

Why they chose this property

I bought here because it is a popular area for the Spanish to take their holidays, so it has a very authentic feel, It is well served by Alicante , Murcia Corvera and Almaria airports, it also has some stunning scenery with great beaches but also the Sierra Espuna National park is near, so on a hot day you can take a cooling drive in the mountains and find a country restaurant with local specialities on the menu.

What makes this property unique

The actual location of the property is very quiet with direct access to open country for walking and mountain biking, there are stunning rooftop views.
