About this property

Rural North Norfolk shepherd's hut

Our bespoke shepherd’s hut is surrounded by nature with field views.
This rural North Norfolk retreat, next to our family home, offers a relaxing setting from which to explore this beautiful corner of the country, or somewhere to unwind and enjoy a slower pace of life.
Our space has underfloor heating, a comfy king size bed and a sofa bed and sleeps two adults and two children.
Set down a country lane, there are fantastic beaches, cycling routes and scenic countryside walks in easy reach.

The interior has been carefully curated with accents of copper, a modern colour palette and Italian velvet upholstery.
The calming space, with underfloor heating, has a fold-down king size bed with a comfy Emma mattress and Egyptian cotton sheets.
There is a small-double sized sofa bed which will sleep up to two small children. A travel cot is also available for use if required.
The kitchen is well appointed with everything you might need with a full size under counter fridge, electric hob and microwave. There is a dining area with a fold-out table and bench seats inside, as well as a sunny, south-west facing decking area to enjoy the view and amazing sunsets.
The fully self-contained hut has a shower room with a rainfall shower.
Fluffy bath towels and cosy robes are provided and you can borrow beach towels if you need them.
We proudly use Faith in Nature toiletries and Ecover cleaning products.
Guest access
The hut is located next to our family home.
Other things to note
Brushwood Nook is a fantastic place for spotting birds and wildlife – all the photos on this ad were taken in and around our garden.
The wonderful dark skies of North Norfolk make this spot a great place for stargazing and observing the moon and planets.
The beaches of Happisburgh, Cart Gap, Walcott and Bacton are all less than ten minutes away by car.
The Norfolk Broads National Park is 20 minutes away by car and the city of Norwich less than 40 minutes.
And of course we can recommend plenty of hidden gems and great places to visit and to eat in the area.
