Elegant and Panoramic Apartment in Cortina

Completely renovated in 2022, this apartment is located on the ground floor of a chalet in one of Cortina’s most beautiful and peaceful areas.

It features a spacious 48 sqm furnished panoramic terrace, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains.

The accommodation includes:

An open-plan space with an entrance, living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen;
A master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom;
A bedroom with two single beds (convertible into a double bed);
A double bedroom with a bunk bed;
A second large, windowed bathroom with a bathtub and shower;
A parking space in the communal garage and an outdoor parking space.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, utensils, a dishwasher, and a Nespresso coffee machine.
Guests also have access to a washing machine, free Wi-Fi, and a smart TV.

Bed linens and towels are provided.
(The price applies to stays of up to one week; for longer stays requiring linen changes, an additional fee will be applied after booking.)

The center of Cortina is just a 5-minute drive or a 15-minute walk away. A short descent (uphill on the return) leads to the former railway path, now a pedestrian and cycling route that takes you to the town center through a peaceful area of villas and chalets surrounded by greenery.

For stays during the 2026 Olympic and Paralympic Games only:
The apartment is located within a Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL), with stricter regulations during the Olympic period. We provide up to 2 car access passes for guests. A refundable deposit of €100 per pass is required and will be returned at the end of your stay if the passes are left in the apartment. Please let us know in advance how many cars you will be using.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was spacious, clean and surrounded by nature, yet only a 15-minute walk from the centre. We loved the peace and quiet, and it was perfect that we could bring our dog. Highly recommended!

Peaceful haven above a busy town.

Great place to stay! Great view of the mountains! 2 ways to get there - up a steep hill from town, or a higher road avoiding the town. Did have a little difficulty with GPS...it stopped at the buildings just below. But Adele was very quick to respond and helpful.

A Lovely Property

The apartment was nicely finished and well appointed. The terrace had a lovely view and we ate dinner out there every night. The neighborhood was quiet and without many tourists.

Cortina, you did not disappoint!

We travel frequently and this was one of the best properties we stayed in. It felt like home. It was clean, decorated tastefully, the views were spectacular, the location was ideal. We definitely got the local vibe of Cortina d’Ampezzo living here and would book this place again without any hesitation.

Beautiful accommodations with spectacular views!

This apartment is located in a very quiet peaceful part of town. The outdoor space had spectacular views of the Dolomites. The apartment was spotless and had everything you would need for a complete vacation. The check in process was easy. The apartment had parking which was very helpful. We absolutely enjoyed our stay in cortina.

Beautiful Cortina

We had a lovely stay in Cortina. The home had spectacular views of the mountains. It was very clean and we had plenty of room. Adele and Georgia were very responsive to any questions. The location was close to Cortina shops and hiking. We would love to stay again!

Great little spot!

Great house, everything was very easy and clear. Great communication with owner. Awesome location and view. Plenty of linens/towels as well as kitchenware/appliances. Nice showers/tub, no issues with warm water even when using both at same time. Beds are ok, a little on the thin side. Overall a great stay!!

4 days in Cortina

Me, my wife, my daughter (19) and her boyfriend stayed for 4 nights. The property was better than listed. Adele was super Fab, responsive and patient. The property had everything possibly needed. Position was great. 12 minutes to the supermarket on foot (Conad). Bit longer back. It was the perfect distance from town. We would love to come back again. Thank you Adele.

Wonderful Stay!

This property provided a wonderful stay for our group of 5, two couples and1 single. Everything was as described and Adele was very easy to communicate with. Some things to mention so that future renters are aware: #1-the small bedroom with single beds is really small, not a lot of floor space. #2-the hotel across the street is under renovation, large crane and some construction noise in the morning. #3-drying of clothes takes up the extra floor space in the living area for the drying rack, so overall, the space could be considered a bit tight for 5 adults. We were out every day hiking and eating, so didn‘t impact our trip much. Wonder how this would be in the winter when you don‘t have outdoor space to spread out. The „Rooftop Terrace“ is not rooftop, it is ground level. Overall, a lovely property high above town, pretty neighborhoods!

Terrific hosts with lots of helpful, timely information. We enjoyed their recommendations for local amenities. Quiet location while still a close walk to the pedestrian pathway and heart of Cortina. Home was as per pictures, very comfortable and well appointed. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property & its hosts.

Il nostro soggiorno di due settimane a casa di Adele e' stato perfetto. L'appartamento e' al piano terra, ma panoramico e silenzioso; molto accogliente, moderno e funzionale con le camere da letto ben separate dalla zona giorno. Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento immaccolato ed impeccabile anche il servizio di pulizia che abbiamo richiesto. Adele e' stata sempre disponibile e premurosa per soddisfare ogni nostra necessita'. Cortina panorama e zona top

Ho trascorso con la famiglia una piacevole vacanza in questo appartamento appena ristrutturato, accogliente e tranquillo. Abbiamo visto più volte i cerbiatti nei dintorni! Bellissima posizione panoramica e comoda per raggiungere il centro anche a piedi o per passeggiate. Ottima anche la terrazza per pranzare all'aperto i giorni di sole. Lo consiglio!

Ottimo soggiorno

La casa corrisponde perfettamente alla descrizione del sito. Ottima posizione, anche se la salita per arrivare è quasi proibitiva se si hanno bimbi piccoli con passeggino. Dotata di ogni confort e con vista panoramica, non nuovissima, ma funzionale ed accogliente. La terza stanza con i letti al castello è molto piccola. Perfetta in quattro, in sei siamo al limite. Proprietà gentile e disponibile a venire incontro ad ogni necessità. Davvero un bel soggiorno.

Große, schöne Ferienwohnung mit leichtem Renovierungsbedarf.

Die Wohnung hat eine wundervolle große Terrasse mit einem herrlichen Blick auf die umliegenden Berge. Das Wohnzimmer und die Schlafräume sind gemütlich, aber etwas nostalgisch eingerichtet. Die beiden Bäder sind ok, aber eines ist sehr klein. Es wäre wünschenswert dass die Geräte zum Saubermachen moderner und funktionsfähiger wären. Insgesamt ist es eine große, gemütliche Wohnung in schöner Lage.

Estate 2021 tra le Dolomiti

Conosco Cortina da sempre e ho avuto modo di trascorrere molte vacanze affittando diverse case. La proprietà dei Signori Finzi è certamente una di quelle più accoglienti e curate che abbia vissuto. La posizione è bellissima, forse uno dei punti più belli e panoramici di Cortina. Arredamento tipico ampezzano e perfetta nella distribuzione degli spazi. Confortevole e dotata di ogni comfort. Perfetta per 4 persone, possibile anche per 6 ma un po sacrificata la terza camera con letto a castello. Ideale per un soggiorno di relax e lontano dal caos del centro. Grazie davvero per la gentilezza e disponibilità dei proprietari che non hanno mai mancato nel loro supporto in ogni necessità. A presto, Lavinia

Les plus belles montagnes des Alpes!

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances à Cortina malgré le temps mitigé et des températures un peu fraîches. Accueil parfait et chaleureux dans les commerces , les refuges, les bars et restaurants; c'est ce qui fait, entre autres, le charme de l'Italie. Mention spéciale à Simonetta Campion qui a eu la patience d'attendre notre arrivée malgré notre retard. L'appartement est bien équipé mais la cuisine est un peu petite pour ceux qui aiment cuisiner. Le seul problème , c'est l'humidité , en particulier dans les 2 chambres principales où il y a de la moisissure après les murs. Cela ne nous empêchera pas de revenir dans ces montagnes grandioses !

A very nice and well-located quiet place

The flat is well located above Cortina, after a steep ascending way. It is quiet and very convenient, and the large terrace with three different orientations has been much appreciated. The main room in chalet style is relaxing. Without hesitation, we warmly recommend this place where we spent enjoyable weeks.

Flawless...... we will be back!!

From the moment we booked, until the time we checked out to return home, everything was perfect. We were warmly greeted and our stay was without intrusion. The house, no home, was clean and everything we could want was present on arrival. Thank you very much, we are looking forward to coming back as soon as possible!
