A very ample apartment at an excellent location in Portimão

This is an oldish 3 bedroom apartment located in a big apartment complex right by the Clube Naval de Portimão. Close to every place, really. We had a very pleasant 5 day stay.

Landlord is a scammer

Very careful with this landlord, if u give him the opportunity he will ask for extra 150 damage, even if u just break 1 cup or something small. He will then invent reasons to back is claim. House is old, and he's trying to say we cause damage to wardrobes and stuff, just beacuse apartement was a bit dirty when we left,but that's normal. There's a reason u pay for cleaning fee when u rent an apartmentI'm shocked.

Embora a casa tenha uma boa área (3 quartos), a manutenção da casa apresenta alguns problemas, motivo pelo qual o frigorífico não tinha o suporte para as garrafas grandes. Embora o anfitrião estivesse disponível para resolver a situação, o facto é que na quinzena de férias a situação só ficou resolvida a 3 dias do fim. A sala parece grande mas a mesa de jantar é pequena para uma familia de 5 pessoas e as cadeiras são do tipo dobrável. O prédio tem dois elevadores, mas efetivamente só um é que trabalha, o que limita o trânsito dentro do prédio.A relação qualidade/preço não está adequada.

Hôte au top : très gentil, toujours disponible et réactif. Le logement était impeccable, propre et parfaitement conforme à l’annonce. Il a tout fait pour que notre séjour se passe bien. On reviendra avec plaisir et on recommande les yeux fermés !Top host very kind, always available and responsive. The apartment was spotless, clean, and exactly as described. Goede locatie, dichtbij supermarkten ,de stad, stranden, restaurants ,op 3 minuten lopen kan je een bootje nemen om naar de grotten te varen,je kan er goed wandelen, prima om te verblijven. Er is in de woning genoeg bij aankomst om je verblijf aangenaam te maken. Carlos is een goede host

La ubicación es inmejorable, muy cerca del puerto a donde puedes coger barcos para hacer excursiones, esos si el alojamiento NO tiene vistas al mar, cuando sales al descansillo tiene vistas al mar pero dentro de la casa no tiene.
