Property has 3 full beds and AC. Its location for visiting the city is good. The furniture is garbage and lights and water worked poorly. 2 of 3 days did not have hot water. There is a terrible smell from under the sink. The bathrooms are terribly laid out and the faucets wouldn’t stay on because they were so worn. Do not rent this place. You can do better.

The apartment is ideal for a number of guest. However of the three nights we had no hot water and the electrical panel breakers kept turning off. We reached out to the host and a maintenance person came and turned on the water heater. The water heater did not stay on because the electrical panel breakers kept turning off. The hosted credited us back only 190.00 dollars back of the 874.00 that was charged. We were given inadequate conditions to live in and the host took no responsibility.

The place is a little tough to find but the apartment itself is nice with blackout shades. The courtyard was dirty but nothing you’d ever use. We blew a fuse as soon as we got there but it was easy to fix. Biggest issue was that the shower water never got very hot. But overall we were only there for two nights and it was in a good location, clean.. not a bad price.

The apartment is quite run down and in need of serious attention. The bathroom floor looked dirty but was likely the old tiling grout. The finish was peeling off the taps in the sink and shower. Two of the three bedrooms are tiny. The hot water system is insufficient for the size of the suite and only provides enough warm water for one short shower. The light in the bigger bedroom didn’t work, nor did the fan in the bathroom - which made a loud squeeling noise when turned on - the door handle on one bathroom didn’t work and the door handle on one of the bedrooms was also broken. The stove/oven did not work either. Most of these issues were reported to Guest Ready but it was an AI bot that replied. A tech was sent out to look at everything but he only confirmed the issues but wasn’t prepared to fix them at that time. The apartment was advertised as accommodating 6 people (which we were) but they only provided 2 rolls of toilet paper, no dishwasher soap, no manual for anything in the suite. The courtyard (which is only accessible from this suite and is where you would need to hang laundry) was filthy. The location was good but the apartment was way over priced for the condition it was in.
