The Brick Barn combines traditional materials with modern comforts for a cosy and stylish break in the heart of the New Forest. The sense of space has been retained by keeping the ground floor living area to its full height with a mezzanine landing and exposed rafters. This reflects how the barn used to be with a partial floor to store the grains for milling below.
The mill wheel is still on the side of the barn and this was driven by a steam engine back in the day. As was traditional in these barns, the downstairs has a soft brick floor and upstairs is laid with recycled oak floor boards from a 180 year old Amish barn, both with underfloor heating. In the kitchen and living area, you will find original stall partitions, once used for the working horses, which later gave way to tractors.
Immerse yourself in Warborne Farm life and roam free over fields, orchard and vegetable gardens. Collect eggs for breakfast and help yourself to an abundance of our organic produce.

Brick Barn was the perfect place to stay for our weekend in the New Forest. The accommodation had a rustic feel yet was very comfortable, with lots of quirky features. We were made to feel very welcome on the farm and the children loved exploring and visiting/feeding the animals and collecting eggs. Bottle-feeding the goats and lambs was a particular highlight! The farm is perfectly placed for exploring the New Forest, we hope to return one day!

What makes this property unique
At Warborne Farm we are passionate about sustainability and environmentally sensitive development. We use renewable energy sources for all our heating and hot water across the whole farm and we are proud to be carbon neutral or if you really want to get with it, we are “sustainably exploiting our natural resources”. We harness a mixture of the sun (PV solar for electricity and thermal solar for hot water); the air (air source heat pump) for heating, and renewable fossil fuels (wood pellet boiler for heating and hot water). All our waste goes into the farms giant biodigester.
