Stay in Chueca

We had originally booked another VRBO location, but received a call the day before we arrived stating the apartment wasn’t available. We were moved to another location. It wasn’t as lovely as what we had originally picked, particularly missed the fact that we no longer had a terrace to sit out on. However, the management staff were wonderful in helping with the transition, instructions on how to enter the building and quick to return my questions.

Dear Jane, As you know, the change was due to a force majeure situation, and honestly, nothing would have made us happier than to have you stay in the apartment you originally booked. We truly appreciate your kindness and understanding, and your lovely words about our team mean a lot to us. Thank you so much for your patience and for recognizing our efforts to assist you quickly during the transition. It was a real pleasure to help you, and we hope to welcome you back soon for a stay that fully meets all your expectations. 😊 We wish you all the best. Warmest wishes, Emi Waou Rentals
