Amazing

Fantastic place and host. Wonderful views, great access to restaurants and town. Jennifer and Nico gave us great guidance and recommendations. Highly recommend!

The View is Undescribable

Jennifer and Nico were wonderful to work with and helped with any needs. The property is amazing, comfortable, well-appointed, and just overall beautiful. The view from the front yard, dining room, living area, and upper deck is amazing. The kitchen fits all your needs, the bedrooms are comfortable, and the air conditioning works well. It is a nice walk to town but as the temperature rises it can be a trek back up the hill. There is a bus that we used one time and it drops off not far from the house. We had a car and it was worth it. I really hope were are able to come back to this beautiful home and town in the near future.

Disappointed

Overall. Property was nice. Views were nice. The issues were the directions to the property were hard to understand and you couldn’t use GPS to get there. The streets up the property were steep and very winding.the bigger issues was that it was NOT at all convenient for my 83 old mother to get to the house which I asked the propriety manager about repeatedly when we inquired about the property initially. The stairway (no handrail) for her was not at all safe for someone with mobility issues and there was no bedroom on first level which we were lead to believe. So not the best stay for my family due to these concerns- just want people To be trusted when booking these places- it’s disappointing.

I have been managing properties for 15 years and this is the first time that a guest has outright lied in a review so I feel it necessary to respond. Transparency is the most important part of doing this job. When asked about stairs this is my copy and paste response "Internally the ground floor is an open living space with guest bathroom. The bedrooms are all on the first floor. The staircase that brings from the ground floor to the first floor maybe has ten steps" My response was clear and the description on the website is clear. I am not sure what Laura's intentions are saying something that is untrue but to all hosts please think twice about accepting this guest.

Property and view were gorgeous. House was comfortable and very clean, many amenities. Nico provided good communication and a great welcome tour.Only challenge was the drive to and from the house, but that is part of Italy!
